I loved staying at Gustavo's apartment. The place is comfortable, has everything you need, and the view is beautiful! I walked down the avenue and went to the beach and back. Great location, highly recommend it!

I was very pleased, a super cozy apartment, very organized and clean. Tiago was very attentive since the reservation, and also personally when we found him. About the condo restaurant, breakfast and very good lunch too. The mini market is a great complement to when we forget those utilitarian items. It sure would go more often!

The apartment is excellent, very well equipped and with a great location. Close to the airport and two blocks from Boa Viagem beach. The service was very smooth, we were very well attended to and we did not miss anything.

Everything was great! Getting in was easy, because the host had already left my registration at the entrance and gave me precise instructions. The apartment is well equipped, with useful and well-preserved kitchen utensils, good fans and air conditioning, TV, etc., and everything was very clean and tidy when I arrived. I felt at home!

Our stay was very good! Leal's apartment corresponds exactly to the photos in the listing and was clean and organized. Leal responded quickly to all our questions, gave us tips on where to go and eat, was polite and sought to resolve any complications. There is a very complete bakery about 10 minutes' walk from the place, which served us very well. The windows of the flat isolate well the noises of the avenue. The partial view of the beach is beautiful, and the waterfront is a delight to stroll along and frequent the kiosks/bars (swimming there is not recommended). We recommend staying for sightseeing and work purposes.

We were very pleased with the stay! The bed is extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is very well equipped — perfect for those who like to cook. The host was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The only issue we had was with the room: on rainy days, the floor gets wet, which causes some discomfort, and the noise of the wind in the window can disrupt sleep. With these points adjusted, the place will be even better!

the truth that we would have liked to be more, the apartment is nice, I went with two children and the two bathrooms are great. the comfortable beds and the smart TVs seemed great. but the best of all is the complex, the cleanliness of the complex is great, many amenities, the disyauno (payment) very good, the people and very friendly, and the beach seemed great, although the sea was a little brave the beach is beautiful and keep it clean, always with chairs and umbrellas, the restaurant prices are agreed, we will surely return, we like it very much!!!

Great option, the beach in front has a high tide and it is not advisable to enter, but in 1km there is a quieter one and you can go on foot, and it is not crowded, very quiet. The apartment is great, it has everything you need and it's close to the market.

The stay was very enjoyable. Everything was exactly as in the photos, and the studio is well organized. We had daily cleaning service (we don't know if it's routine, but it happened during our stay). The balcony is a charm in itself - you can have breakfast while enjoying the sea view. Nearby, there is an excellent bakery, two supermarkets and a great gym affiliated with Wellhub (which was a differential for us). The beach in front of the property has many rocks, which makes bathing difficult, but with a longer walk or a quick five-minute Uber ride, you can reach an excellent diving area. We really enjoyed the stay and certainly recommend it.

Wonderful Bangalo, exactly as in the pictures. The complete kitchen of utensils and equipment. The districts of the house in my view is the gourmet area that allows those who are cooking to be able to interact with who is in the pool. We had a perfect time! Comfortable house, top quality bed and bath linens! Everything was very new. We also had Larissa, who always took care of the house, a place that makes you want to come back! The condominium is sensational, very well maintained, you don't see anything out of place, and the location is privileged. Very chic! Wonderful! 10 out of 10!
