Nice house with good location in wonderful Mae Pim

Now there is the opportunity to rent a very nice and pleasant house at Sea Breeze Recidence in the Thai village of Lae Mae Pim. The house is perfectly located in the area that borders the large nice pool area where there is also a restaurant at high season. 10 min walk to the beach. In the village there are plenty of restaurants with many nice fish restaurants. Perfect accommodation for children families or two families to share as there are 8 sleeping places. The cost of electricity consumption is paid by the tenant.

The living room has a sofa bed. There are six beds in total. The area has a large swimming pool area and its own restaurant, which also has a snooker and darts (seasonal reservation). The nearest beach is about two kilometers away and it easy to reach bicycle, scooter, car or taxi. Also eScooters are available.

A lovely villa in Ban Phe, Rayong

Relax with the whole family in this wonderful house. At Safir village there are two pools (with pool for children), and a restaurant. Outside the area lies the unexploited Thailand with a rich selection of restaurants, beaches and markets. The nearest beach is only 400m and the pool is at the perfect distance fom the house. The house is 132 square meters including the balcony and fully equipped with 3 bedrooms, AC in each room, kitchen, laundry machine and two bathrooms.

Big western house near beach for up to 12 people

This 2 floor, high western standard, 6 bedrooms house is suitable for a large family with kids or 2 families together. The resort has beautiful garden with pool, padel court (half price for guests), facilities for other ball sports etc shared with only 4 other houses. House keeping included 120 meters away is a wonderful calm and endless beach with very few tourists. Several restaurants and Spas in the neighbourhood. The house is for sale.

This is a good house with a clean pool, on a quiet area. We enjoyed having a party next to the pool, and the bedrooms were nice and clean. The living room is great! The master bathroom and bedroom are particularly good. we enjoyed visiting the beach (walking distance to the beach) nice air condition good size kitchen

I had a wonderful visit to Rayong, at the VIP Chain Resort. Virginia was incredibly responsive. When my driver didn't show up to pick my up at the Bangkok airport, Virginia actually texted me back, even though it was about 2:30am! I didn't expect her to get back to me in the middle of the night. Likewise she was very helpful, and available throughout my visit. Even though i didn't need anything while i was there, i felt reassured knowing she was there to help out if need be. The resort staff were also very helpful and accommodating. I arrived very early in the morning, before check in time. Exhausted from a long flight from California, i was able to check into my unit pretty early in the morning...i was so grateful for that accommodation! The unit I stayed in was very lovely. It was private, quiet, clean, and spacious. The resort is a full service resort that you can take advantage of (or not). There are two pools, a restaurant/bar, tennis courts, etc. I took advantage of the Spa, where the massage services were excellent. The beach was literally across the street from the resorts. Also close are many little restaurants to grab a meal. If you decide to stay at this resort, just know it's CASH ONLY for all services and food - and you can't run a tab. You need to pay as you go. They also required a $5000 Baht deposit for the key. So, make sure you come prepared with plenty of cash. There's an ATM not too far away, but it's a decent walk. Rayong was super quiet. I didn't know what to expect, but i quite enjoyed how mellow it was. A great place for relaxation or a family vacation. I would definitely stay there again should i visit Rayong in the future. Beng was super friendly and welcoming. He made sure we had water to stay hydrated and showed us around the house when we arrived. It was clean and a really quiet and peaceful area. All rooms have AC besides the living room but it didn’t bother us since we had fans and we spent most of the time outside anyways. I would definitely book with Beng again!

It was great to have the option of our own pool or walking to the beach. There are many amenities on the resort and a restaurant right at the gate. There are many aircon in all the bedrooms was very helpful and so nice to have our own full kitchen and washing machine. We had a great stay!

Amazing hosts very friendly and we had a very warm welcoming and they provided lots of usefully information about the surrounding attractions and some great restaurants The house was perfect and very clean The house is located on the canal with great pool and entertaining area and being a corner property was very private and peaceful just as shown in the photos. A special note unlike many places we have stayed in Thailand the beds were very soft and comfortable and we all had a very good nights sleep. We will be returning to stay again for sure as our trip was too short to enjoy everything this house and area has to offer.
