Beautiful parks nearby or walk along the Water of Leith to famous Dean Village, stunning views. Local restaurants within 10 min walk or a 5 minute tram ride to Haymarket where you'll find lots. I had a lovely stay with Michael and Anna , and I must add that they are the best hosts anyone could ever have . Their property is in a lovely , peaceful residential neighbourhood which is just 10 mins from the heart of the city , well connected and has good shops and malls nearby .Moreover , the neighbourhood is extremely beautiful with lots walking areas nearby . Above all , they have a lovely home and the stay was very very comfortable and Michael n Anna go beyond their way to make sure you are very well looked after. I am sure to come back and stay with them soon !!!!!!!

Trendy City Centre Double Room with king size bed

We had a great time in Edinburgh, and Anne really took good care of us. Every morning she made us a lovely breakfast and she was very helpful by giving us all kinds of information. Should you have forgotten to bring toiletries, no worries, because everything is there. Same for cookies, drinks, cereals and such. We took the bus to the Old Town just once, the rest of the time we just walked there (about 5km and 50m of height difference). We can honestly say 2,5 days is not enough to enjoy everything this city has to offer. A lot of (huge and interesting!) museums are admission free, same goes for the beautiful Botanic Garden, which is on walking distance from Annes house. Thank you Anne for a wonderful stay! You made us feel at home 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 PS: The fudge for the road was delish! 🙏

First time Edinburgh and can definitely say that I wouldn't chose anywhere else to stay when returning. The location was really good; lots of nearby superstore, airport was close by and easy to get to town. But the photos didn't do it justice ; it was amazing! Hotel standard. Super clean, comfy, home-away from home. Thank you Carol for your hospitality :)

I had a very nice stay at Andrea’s place. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. It’s a great location if you need to catch an early flight, with the Skyline 100 bus stop about a 20-minute walk away and easy access to both the town center and the airport. Just be sure to check the earlier schedule for connecting buses, especially on Sundays. The bed was very comfortable, and the stay overall was pleasant. Andrea is a wonderful host—friendly, informative, and very hospitable. Highly recommended!
