Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment with many amenities, with a lot of dedication. Lots of closet space. A very friendly and helpful host who goes out of his way to please his guests. Very suitable for a longer stay on the Black Sea. We recommend the apartment.

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

Die Unterkunft ist in erster Reihe am schwarzen Meer. Man hat sowohl von der Terrasse als auch von den beiden Balkonen freien Blick auf das Meer und ist ca. 15m vom Wasser entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist Teil einer Appartementanlage. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist gut. Vielen Dank Marek das wir Deine Gäste sein durften. Es hat uns gut bei Dir gefallen.

Fabulous place and great hosts! Ferdinand was very responsive and helpful and answered many of my random questions. The host showed great flexibility throughout our stay. Andrea was very helpful as well and gave us many local tips. She even helped us to locate my lost phone! The cottage itself is lovely, with plenty of space outdoors for kids to play and for adults to chill. The kitchen is decent-sized and well-equipped with a BBQ outside. There was always on-street parking and plenty of beaches around. The outside hot tub is a must!

Absolutely a fantastic spot looking over the ocean, everything needed was supplied excpet 1 thing, a kettle. Being a Brit a kettle is important, but we worked around that tiny thing. You can walk to many excellent resaurants in a couple of minutes and Old Nesebar is a beautiful place. The actual appartment was very clean and well presented with plenty of room for four adults. Overall an excellent visit and wouldn't hesitate to go again or recommend to anyone who wanted to have a superb base in old Nesebar.

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

I stayed here for a month with my son, the apartment is brilliant, we really enjoyed our stay. Beds are comfortable , big table and comfy chairs to work at, internet was fast for Zoom and working everyday except for 1 in the whole month. It was solved immediately by Maxim who just brought me his own broadband while he fixed it, amazing host. Maxim really made our stay fantastic he picked us up from the airport, checked us in, responds to messages fast, he’s a great guy. The apartment is extremely quiet, very close to the beach, the balcony is lovely to sit on, see the sea and also you can dry all of your washing. One thing to note, the pool is not filled out of the summer months. The kitchen is very well equipped, the best. Lots of pans and cutlery, plates and bowls and all the appliances you need. I would 100% come back and stay here in the future.

Love the place and the apartments. Saint Vlas is one of the most peaceful and beautiful places on the coast, and apts located well with the 50 meters or less to the sea and everything else close too (groceries, bars, etc). Also apts are spacious with great big terrace. There are some minor thigs could be cons for someone (sofa is not the most comfortable, for example), but for short stay I don't care about. Alex, the apts landlord, is always in touch and helpful.

The place is very spacious with high ceilings. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is a pool and fitness in the complex which is very convenient and it's free of charge. There is a paid parking lot nearby. Stanimir was a great host.

Great apartment, clean, spacious, less than 10 minutes from the beach both paid and free. The kitchen had everything you would really need. Two small shops very close and a very large supermarket 5 minutes from apartment complex. Pharmacy, Laundromat (not necessary as washing machine in apartment) and a tour book place (sells SIM cards) just outside complex. The complex pool was clean, there was a kid's pool area and some playground stuff for them, I didn't really pay any attention as was not with my family. The area where pool and kids play bit's were I would say is very secure to let kids run around as you have to pass though security doors before leaving the complex itself . All in all I would definitely recommend Katarzyna's apartment to stay in.

We stayed for a week and everything was great, comfortable and spacious apartment and everything that you need in the kitchen. The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk from the strip, beach, restaurants, bars etc. The balcony was lovely and we had a fab view of the beach and the hotel pool area! We really enjoyed our stay here! My only criticism is that some of the curtains/netting was a bit dirty/stained and the towels were not refreshed during our stay which I didn't know before we checked in, if I had known we would have brought our own towels also.

Nice place that was clean and comfortable.

Quiet location but very close to everything, 700m from the nearest beach entrance (measured by Garmin). There is a nice little pool and a restaurant in the building. The restaurant is open 12 through 18. It has local Bulgarian food which is very expensive and good quality: soups, main dishes etc - very convenient for lunch. A small supermarket with all basic foods and essentials is in the next building. A lot of other supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants etc are around. A central bus station of Sunny Beach is in 300 meters. Very good wifi, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric stove plate, kettle, washer - all you need to feel at home. The apartment is on 4th floor with an elevator and a has nice view from the balcony. Everything is clean. The studio is spacious. Very good communication with the host. The only minor drawback of the apartment is that the shower is not separated - which is pretty standard in Bulgaria - so whenever you take a shower the floor in the bathroom is wet.

Квартира Тани гораздо больше, чем мы ожидали и даже лучше, чем на фотографиях. Очень уютная и просторная, имеет длинный балкон (куда можно выйти из любой комнаты), который выходит на детскую площадку, что было очень удобно - наши дети гуляли, а мы за ними могли наблюдать. Двор чистый и уютный. Два мощных кондиционера очень хорошо справлялись с жарой. Таня - отзывчивая хозяйка и очень приятная женщина!!!

Apartamenteste intim, cu tot ce este necesar si este pozitionat excelent, cu vedere frontala la mare si parc si cativa pasi pana la plaja. zona este linistita si se ajunge usor in centru in zona de restaurante. Am colaborat cu mama Miei, care este o doamna foarte draguta, iar Mia ne-a dat instructiuni foarte detaliate cum sa ajungem cu masina.

Foarte frumos complexu, avea 3 piscine foarte multe șezlonguri si baldachine,foarte curat,am stat 4 zile din 6 la piscină ,garsoniera nu este foarte mare,e exact ce trebuie ,curată, gazda foarte de treabă si am comunicat foarte ușor cu el...este la 10 min de mers pe jos la plaja si la 5 minute de centru stațiuni,in zonă liniștită, recomand

Отличная квартира для длительного или краткосрочного проживания. Чистая, уютная и в хорошем районе. Хозяин всегда был на связи и был очень приветливым.

Very good host, also good communication, there was renovation works with pool and gym, so Stela suggested renting for us new hotel or money back. She is very helpfull, we advise this host for everyone!

We stayed at Pepi’s place for one month and we really enjoyed that time here. Pepi is very friendly and proactive host. Aside of inquiries related to apartment he helped us to find local attractions such as fishing spots, etc. apartment has everything what you would possibly need for long stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this appartment! It was impeccably clean and had a lovely fresh scent that made it feel very welcoming. It's conveniently located just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore the area. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the city and looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
