La petite maisonette de Ivan est très agréable, l'espace extérieur avec ses nombreuses plantes est appréciable. C'est bien situé, proche de la plage avec des commmerces (excellent magasin de fruits et légumes) et restaurants à moins de 5 minutes de marche et possibilité de se garer sur place.

what an absolutely gorgeous place to stay. Accommodation was spacious and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Everything was clean, tidy and worked perfectly. Any small hiccups (like us not understanding the boiler operation) were delt with quickly and help was at hand for everything we needed or wanted. The host and people on site we fantastic, welcoming and helpful. The pool was a very welcome addition and kept clean to a high standard by everyone as were the grounds of the complex. This was exactly what we were looking for and are already planning our next visit. The property does require a car to get to for ease but there is a bus service to sunny beach. The village has a small pub, a few shops and little place to eat which sold the best burger we have ever had served in a Bulgarian pocket bread. Can't thank Genya and Dessie enough for their help and everyone on site for their very warm welcome. Can't wait to go back.

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

Fabulous place and great hosts! Ferdinand was very responsive and helpful and answered many of my random questions. The host showed great flexibility throughout our stay. Andrea was very helpful as well and gave us many local tips. She even helped us to locate my lost phone! The cottage itself is lovely, with plenty of space outdoors for kids to play and for adults to chill. The kitchen is decent-sized and well-equipped with a BBQ outside. There was always on-street parking and plenty of beaches around. The outside hot tub is a must!

Très bon séjour passé à Sozopol. L’appartement est idéalement situé à 5 minutes de la plage. La vue mer est incroyable.

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

Cześć, Pobyt wspominamy bardzo ciepło. Byliśmy grupą 5 dorosłych i 2 dzieci. Zostaliśmy bardzo miło przywitani przez sympatycznych rodziców Gergany. Dbali o nasze dobre samopoczucie i zapewniali nam wszelką pomoc na miejscu. Zostaliśmy poczęstowani tradycyjnym daniem bułgarskim, Banica, przygotowanym przez gospodarzy. Dostaliśmy również słoik dżemu figowego. Wszystko było przepyszne. Mama Gergany przywiozła nam nawet tradycyjny biały ser z Burgas. Jeżeli chodzi o okolicę, jest to bardzo spokojne miejsce. Doskonałe na wypoczynek. Do pięknej plaży dochodziliśmy spacerem w 10 minut. Na plaży było bardzo mało ludzi, ale punkty gastronomiczne, jak na czas przed sezonem, były już czynne. Warto mieć samochód, aby móc pozwiedzać pobliskie miejscowości, Sozopol, Nesbar i inne. Jesteśmy za wszystko bardzo wdzięczni i na pewno będziemy chcieli ponownie przyjechać w to miejsce. A lovely house with an amazing backyard. The pool was very clean and the water was warm. The villa is in a quiet location which made it perfect to work from or spend a quiet day in the pool/backyard, but taxis were easily available to get us to the nearby town whenever we needed a livelier night out. Lastly, Nezi was very warm and friendly. We're very happy with our choice to stay here and will be looking to return again.

Это одно из лучших мест где мы были! Невероятно красивый вид из окна, светлые большие и красивые комнаты, в доме есть абсолютно все для комфортного отдыха(и даже больше чем всё), очень тихая и спокойная территория, в бассейне не бывает больше 3-4 человек, доброжелательные приятные соседи. Очень понравилось купаться в море с таким прекрасным видом. Я чувствовала себя как дома, иногда казалось что мы тут уже давно живем) Очень хотелось бы сюда снова вернуться, это был замечательный отдых, благодарю Маргариту за отзывчивость и за уют созданный в этом доме!

Mega Empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und die Aussicht ist wundervoll. Die Wohnung ist barrierefrei und auch für kleine Kinder gut geeignet. Zu jeder Zeit konnte Elizabet und helfen auch wenn es um medizinische oder örtliche Fragen ging. Wir kommen wieder.

Really nice place to stay and very helpful, friendly host! We enjoyed chatting with Simeon about Burgas! And the kind woman who is the caretaker was lovely to meet as well. We had a challenging time with google and Apple Maps getting to the right location. Using Google Maps real time is advised. I’m not sure why the apps are not finding the location easily, other than maybe an English translation problem within the app. Allow extra time perhaps?

We had a lovely stay in this apartment which was very well stocked with everything that we needed. The instructions to enter the apartment were very clear and easy to follow. Kiril replied very promptly to my messages. There were many local restaurants nearby and a short walk to the sea. I would highly recommend a stay in this apartment.

Everything was without problems, our kids really enjoyed the pool and location is quite, so we enjoyed our stay. The apartment is nice and view is great. We just got the location from airbnb app wrong, so just check the right location with host, the link through airbnb app was wrong. Also you cannot use washing machine in case you dont have a long stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the apartment and can recommend it. Here are some details of our thoughts: Positives - beautiful terrace with very nice view over the sea - great complex with pools and very close to nice beaches - family oriented complex, rather quiet - air conditioning - good size of apartment, kept clean - two bathrooms - well-equipped kitchen - very quick and friendly conversation with our host Negatives - some furniture/appliances were quite run down - when the open-air nightclub in Sveti Vlas turned up the music we could hear it throughout the whole night (it happened to us only one time on a Saturday night) Thank you very much for hosting us.

The apartment was just as described. It is very close to a swimming pool and a good Italian restaurant. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is well appointed and has pretty much everything you need for self catering. We would stay there again.

Skvelé ubytovanie v menšom meste a len niekoľko minút od letiska, ako aj od pokojnej pláže. Ideálne miesto na pokojnú dovolenku! Ivo bol veľmi milý a rýchlo komunikoval.

Мы часто путешествуем с мужем в Бургас по работе и очень рады, что остановились у Розалии! Несмотря на отсутствие в доме лифта, нам было нетрудно подняться. Квартира просторная, со всеми удобствами. Есть все необходимое для мытья, стирки и готовки. Отдельное спасибо за большое количество чистых полотенец и постельного белья. Также было очень приятно завтракать и ужинать на террасе! Рядом с домом есть зеленая зона парковки. Очень порадовало то, что мы смогли заселиться пораньше, а также Розалия позволила нам выехать на полчаса позже, поскольку у нас было много вещей. Розалия очень быстро отвечает на сообщения. Постараемся вернуться сюда снова!

Чудесен комплекс за настаняване на границата между Несебър и Равда! Красиво място и малък апартамент, предлагащ нужните удобства, за да се почувстваш като у дома си! Атмосферата, създадена от Катерина - официалната домакиня на този апартамент, е нещо, което няма как да не направи впечатление. Цветно, уютно, със стени, изпъстрени със снимки и картини... Сякаш влизаш и някой започва да ти разказва история! Беше една много хубава едноседмична почивка за тричленното ни семейство! Радвам се, че избрахме правилното място!

Настанихме се с моята приятелка в това прекрасно бижу! Апартаментът е страхотен, а локацията – още по-добра! Намира се точно до най-красивата част на плажа в Слънчев бряг. Комплексът е чудесен, с голям и много чист басейн, който е напълно безплатен за ползване. Спахме отлично – матраците са много удобни. Осигурени са големи хавлии за шезлонгите, а апартаментът е зареден с кафе, което беше приятно допълнение. Домакинът Николай беше изключително отзивчив – въпреки че нямаше свободни места за паркиране в самия комплекс, той ни изпрати точна локация за безплатен паркинг съвсем наблизо. Това беше чудесна изненада, която не е спомената в обявата. Апартаментът има голям прозорец с красива гледка към морето. В комплекса се намира и страхотен ресторант с вкусна местна храна на много достъпни цени. Силно препоръчвам това място – със сигурност ще се върнем отново!
