Beautiful apartment with new furniture. We were more than satisfied and would certainly visit again. The hosts patiently answered all the questions I had. It's a nice walk from the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants around the apartment. The location is great!

The place was clean and tidy, equipped with absolutely everything you may need even for a longer stay. The location is quiet, yet very close to the center and the beach. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive at all times. It was a pleasure to be a guest there. I'd strongly recommend Bendita House for both family and business trips.

The apartment is in amazing location and had all the necessary things and even more. Very clean and comfortable home. The host was very helpful and had very detailed maps and instructions. If I ever visit Burgas again then this apartment would be my first choice.

We had a fantastic stay at Michal's apartment. Beautifully and thoughtfully furnished to a high spec. Lots to do at the poolside, beach and local restaurants and all we needed to cater at home some days. Bus connections to Nessebar and Sveti Vlas as well as shops a 5min walk. Great to have access to Netflix from livingroom and bedroom and the egg chairs on both balconies just bliss watching the coastline! Our host was quick to respond to any queries and nothing was too much trouble. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

The apartment is in a quiet and peaceful complex. There are many swimming pools. 5 minutes to the sea. Quiet and peaceful. Just what you need to relax from the city. Diana easily resolved the issue with the Internet. The apartment is neat and clean.

I feel incredibly happy and grateful to have spent a vacation with my kids at Velichka’s place. She is one of the most radiant, positive, and helpful hosts I’ve ever met! I felt right at home—it’s cozy, warm, and has everything a family could need for a long vacation. Plus, the beach is just across the road. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back! Velichka, a big thank you from me, my kids, and my relatives! We had the most wonderful time!

Great place and neiborhood. You must meet with Cristofer, if you coming by the plane - he can drive you to the place and show around. We had some issues we the electronic lock, so I would ask for the key. A curtain in the main bathroom could be nice. For the WiFi you need to be close to the router. The place exactly as in the pictures, dishwasher wasn't mentioned, but its there! Overall great experience!

The accommodation was super sweetly furnished, in a great location and a terrace from which you can see the sea. I've rarely seen such a clean apartment! Communication with the hosts was great - super understandable with the check-in and they were always available for questions! All in all, it was a wonderful stay! We would love to come back and can recommend the apartment 100%,

we lived in apartment 10 with a wonderful view of the sea and a beautifully manicured park. A balcony with a clothes dryer, chairs, and a stool was an added bonus. I think the house is the best located home in the area. Quiet yet close to the main street with restaurants. in the park benches and gym.

This modern apartment is in a secure building a 5-10 minute walk from a sandy beach on the Black Sea. The large pool area is beautiful and a great place for both adults and kids. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. The large windows have curtains for blocking the morning sun, and the balcony is perfect for morning coffee or for drying laundry. Yes! There’s a washing machine! We were there in mid October and so the beaches were empty, however, we still took advantage of the beautiful beach weather. We used this spot as a jumping-off point for exploring the sights and rich archeological history found along the coast from Varna south toward the Turkish border. Natalija, the hostess, was helpful and quick to respond to questions. I would certainly stay here again in the future.

Convenient location of the apartment. Instant responses from the host to messages. It's cozy and quiet. Lovely and clean two rooms with everything you need. We were relaxing together, but there is space for 3 or 4 people. In fact, the apartment is much better than in the promotional photos! Comfortable large bed. Everyone is happy and recommend you choose this place! Almost next to the sea with THE BEST beach in the area! Eight minutes from the house via dunes we went to the Janet store to buy groceries for ourselves. There was bus number two in Old Town Nessebar. Drive only six minutes. We had such a lovely time staying in this apartment in Bulgaria! The place is stylish, cozy, and really well taken care of. The whole complex has a peaceful, green vibe — so many trees, flowers, and even friendly cats wandering around (our daughter loved them!). The territory is closed and secure, with lots of pools to choose from, a kids’ playground, and even an outdoor gym. Our car was parked safely inside the gated area, which was a big plus. The sea is just a short walk away — the beach is quiet and not crowded, perfect for relaxing. Special thanks to the hosts — really kind and responsive people. We felt warmly welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend!

Very true description, spotless clean and very spacious, very good for family holiday, not too busy and very peaceful place

This apartment is in a very beautiful complex. The fifth story view of the pool area was very relaxing. There is also beautiful shrubbery and trees, and easy access. My family and I had a very enjoyable stay.

Everything was without problems, our kids really enjoyed the pool and location is quite, so we enjoyed our stay. The apartment is nice and view is great. We just got the location from airbnb app wrong, so just check the right location with host, the link through airbnb app was wrong. Also you cannot use washing machine in case you dont have a long stay.

Easy check in, was directed to the apartment. Apartomentos services are great and good. The apartment is clean and bigger than the photos. The apartment was well-equipped. Even though the apartment was right next to all the services, they didn't disturb, there was nothing in the apartment. Really close to the beach. We will definitely stay again. Highly recommend! We stayed for 2 weeks.

Julia was a wonderful host! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, thanks to her helpful assistant. The property was small but clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The location was great, in a quiet residential park. However, finding parking could be tricky during peak summer season.

I had an amazing vacation at Galina's beautiful apartment. I loved the view of the sea from the lovely terrace. Galina was the best of hosts. Would highly recommend the place. Beach, restaurants, aqua park and a good SPA center are in a walking distance. So is the bus stop for nearby cities and the local bus line to the Pomorie center.

Honestly can't recommend Edouard',s place enough! I've been to Sunny Beach for the 4th time now and I find his place to be perfect! Location is very central - 10mins walk to Flower Street, beach and restaurants. Very close to restaurants Djannys & La Flor which is our favourite so this was really ideal. Ontop of that - you have the MM supermarket right across from your complex. The complex itself was very chilled with friendly staff. Cherry on top was the swimming pool and lounge areas so if you feel like a chill day it's very ideal. Edouard was very accommodating and responsive - thank you for a great and memorable stay. We hope to stay at your place once again in the near future!
