Although the unit is quite secluded in the hills (roads can be dark at night), driving distance to the main Bentong town streets is quite near, so it is easy & fast to get to the great food & busy market in the town. The usual entrance from the main road has a 99 Speedmart which created the convenience. Most of all, the unit is huge, clean & new inside, just like what is shown in the photos. All the essentials are already provided, just like at our home. The car porch is a bit small & short though, so parking 2 cars can be challenging, and maybe only fit 2 small cars. However, there is no house at the opposite of the road, so the additional cars can park opposite roadside. Great place to stay in overall! :)

Chia is a great host and replies to all questions very quickly. The house is very clean and fully equipped. The area is very quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the theme park. We will definitely stay at Chia’s place again if we come to Genting Highlands. Don’t worry , it’s very convenient and cheap to use Grab from the theme park to the house.

We are here to enjoy the weekend together with the team and be a bit more chill. Met the expectations, and everyone rested well. Whoever wants to come in a group, I think is a good choice beds are more than enough to fit everyone. There is also another small cottage which female and male can seperate out

Gim Liok's homestay was really amazing.the rooms and bathrooms were so clean and I felt right at home. the house is very peaceful and calm for you to have a relaxing stay. You will feel like you just want to stay at the house only and not come out. Gim was also very responsive to my needs. I was having some issue about the TV and he immediately responded my messages with out any delay and I was able to switch it on. Gim even recommended some place around the homestay for me to visit during my time there. The rooms and fully equipped with Aircon and hot showers and it's so spacious.even the neighborhood are very friendly people.His neighbor was very friendly and understanding. Gim's place is a gem and I will definitely be back here again.

One of our favorite places to stay in KL. Restaurants were everywhere, grocery and shopping mall, just minutes away on foot and parks nearby. We also play pickleball and enjoyed the sporting facility in the Lotus Shopping center. My only regret is that we didn’t stay there longer!

Awesome little studio apartment! Super clean and aesthetic, my wife and I had fun on the retro game console as well! Great restaurants and cafe options nearby. Highly recommend it for a longer stay!

The first Airbnb I truly enjoyed. My partner and I needed a place to stay in Malaysia - and Mont Kiara is perfect. It's safe, quiet, community here is amazing, and in these 2 months I've meet so many good and kind people that I'll miss. Shopping is easy, there is a gym, pools, everything I needed. And this area was a great place for taking late night runs, it's so quiet and safe - very nice. And there is a local running community I always see them while I'm on my runs. The Airbnb listing mentioned “light cooking,” but honestly, the kitchen was better equipped than my own home. Cooking here was AMAZING, the space was clean, easy to use, equipped and just very pretty. Living here was effortless. Small things, like the easy-to-use washing machine, made a big difference for someone like me who works long hours. I had a lot of extra time to create memories here and I couldn't be more grateful to Yau for this amazing place, and Malaysia for offering this. 100% coming back when I visit!

This is my 2nd time staying at this property. IMHO it's got the best balcony view among the other stays in the area. Other than that it's always clean, tidy, homey, inviting and super relaxing. Lots of really comfortable seating furniture, pillows, cushion, chairs, outdoor tables, 3in1 coffee sachets...... all the essentials during these lazy trips up Frasers Hill lol. Yen is a responsive host and always gives clear instructions. Highly recommended. Will stay again.. and again....

The booking process was swift although I booked a day or two the check-in date. Frances was responsive. The minute I entered the studio, I felt like I entered my second home. I liked the master bedroom layout. I didn't use the pantry area as we planned to dine out. The balcony area was spacious and outside was very quiet. Luckily we are away from the pool area. I even thought of it as my retirement place. Away from the hustle and bussle. I wished two access cards were provided. Frances, thanks for everything.

The place is really very nice view and clean premises. they do have water dispenser which helps us to make coffee and instant noodles. just wonderful stay

Emil's place is absolutely beautiful. It's a great place for a short stay. The apartment is decorated with top notch furniture and is very tastefully done. Everything as far as the interior goes was perfect. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. There are 4 lifts in the lobby, usually one of them is out of service. having said that, Not once I had to wait more than a minute for one. The only drawback to Emil's place is the location. I was under the impression that the building is on top of a mall. It is, but the mall is closed. There is a small food court downstairs. The selection is limited. So you will end up taking a Grab to nearby malls every day at a cost of 20-40 RM round trip. That will add up over time. Also a foot path is nonexistent, which was a big drawback for me. Other than the location, it really is a perfect and pleasant stay. Thank you Emil and Nor for your hospitality

Nice view and good location. We enjoyed our stay here. There's a park and art gallery nearby which was worth visiting. Swimming pool was great as well. Adrian is a fantastic host. If you want peace and quiet with a view this is the place in KL.

Pros: The building offered a great first impression. The entrance was welcoming and spacious, leading into a modern and comfortable lobby area. The lobby featured ample seating with stylish blue and brown sofas, providing a relaxed atmosphere. The accommodation was fantastic! The living area was spacious and well-designed, featuring a comfortable sofa, a TV, and even a dedicated desk area. The bedroom was equally inviting, with a large, queen size bed. There is also water dispenser suitable for young families. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, Cons:- a very minor cons, you will need to call the person in charge to retrieval of the keys, in which you can chill and bask in the cool air at genting. this place is a 10 min drive away from Genting Avenue but I think worth the price.

Very nice place, if I were to move to Malaysia and pick a place to live at, would definitely consider that or something like it! Definitely worth and not far from the city.
