Unique house with lake view to the west, in historic city

Different fabulous house with open space, stunning porch with lake views towards the golden evening sun, fantasy historically decorated bedroom area and completely quiet and quiet. Large private plot and meadow down towards the water, 1 neighbor and otherwise forest around, but close down to cultural historical ironworks village and "river island"; cape with barbecue and swimming area. Short walking distance to 18-hole golf course. In the village many sights and pristine sandy beaches. (Note: some are still missing, like some ceiling trims.) Often games & jam in the village! :)
