There is a loft style bedroom, with one small double bed and two small sleeper sofas (see photos) in the cosy living and dining area. There is also a fully equipped galley style kitchen and bathroom with electric shower. Parking is available outside the door for one car but everything is in walking distance including the LUAS light rail green line and several bus routes. It is not suitable for children under 12yrs

Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.

It is next to a lovely array of shops including a Tescos, a fresh veg shop, a butcher's, a fishmonger, and a hairdressers. This is a residential area and suits first time visitors. Getting to the City Center: Stephen's Green. Approximately 3km from the propery. Walking: A 36 minute walk. Car: An 11 minute drive. Public transport (The Luas tram system): 26 minutes on the tram system.
