Behind the property begins the Protected Landscape Area Labské pískovce. It’s an ideal starting point for trips into the PLA as well as the Bohemian Switzerland National Park. The setting is very tranquil, with a private garden featuring a pool, shower, and trampoline. The villa also offers a spacious terrace for picnics or relaxation.

Historisch befand sich auf dem Grundstück der königliche Holzlagerplatz, umrahmt von 2,50 bis 4 m hohen Natursteinmauern, diese bieten ihnen auch heute noch eine tolle Privatsphäre, ohne Einsichtnahme von außen.
