Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rateče

Marko’s communication and instructions and guides were the best we have received at any Air BnB we have stayed at all over the world. Accommodation was neat, clean, comfortable bed and hot shower. Great area to sit outside for breakfast and dinner. Easy walk to the Central Market. Handy shops down the road for food, and walkable distance to the Old Town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ljubljana.

Couldn't have wished for a more. Eva's apartment lies close to the centre of Ljubljana and yet is not overly noisy. There are lots of cosy, intimate restaurants within a few minutes walk in this beautiful, friendly city and we found Eva's recommendations 'spot on' for our tastes. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and absolutely loved the setting and meal at the Strelec restaurant in the Archers Tower, within the walls of Ljubljana castle. There's so much to do and see in and around the city with the weekends busy with outdoor markets and food festivals. We hired a car for the week and once again found all the attractions we wanted to visit within an hours journey. A very romantic, welcoming and beautiful place ...

Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful. The price was very reasonable, and Jerica was an amazing host—truly one of the best I’ve ever had. She explained everything to us to the best of her knowledge and made sure we felt at home from the very beginning. As a lovely surprise, we even received a bottle of wine for our departure! The surroundings are stunning, and the location is a perfect starting point for walks around Lake Bohinj. We couldn’t have asked for more. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation—ten out of ten!

Lovely apartment, just like the photos! Mateja was very helpful and friendly, but not imposing at all. Beautiful location on the hill in the woods, although it did get very dark to walk up in the evenings, more street lamps or something to light the way would be good. Didn't feel unsafe as there were other houses and even a school i think near by. But i think for people staying there themselves it would be appreciated. The apartment was clean and tidy, comfy bed and good tv. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back! Ljubljana is a gorgeous and vibrant city, with so much to do and see!

We loved our stay at Hisa Vally Art, located about 5 minutes from Lake Bled (by car, shoulder season). What made our stay special was the time and effort our hostess Valerija spent in always responding to our many questions, greeting us personally shortly after we arrived, and talking to us whenever we crossed paths. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and cosy. Zasip, the village it is located in, is peaceful and picturesque. A plus for us was the location's proximity to the many attractions in Lake Bled. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and would like to thank Valerija for her wonderful hospitality.

Everything about it was wonderful… the staff were always available for questions and even told us of local events that ended up being highlights! We had an amazing time in Ljubljana and staying here made that possible!

Alja est une hôte accueillante, disponible et très bienveillante. Ses explications sont précises et ont facilité nos déplacements. Le logement est d'une propreté irréprochable avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes du Triglav. Il dispose de l'équipement nécessaire pour cuisiner et s y sentir bien. Il est adapté pour 2 personnes. Pour ceux qui restent plus d une semaine et/ou qui aiment cuisiner, il faut savoir que l espace cuisine est restreint (petite plaque de cuisson), mais correspond tout à fait à la description du logement. Nous y sommes restés 12 jours et tout s est très bien passé. Son sirop de Bezeg est délicieux. Un grand merci à Alja qui mérite 5 pour son sens de l accueil et ses nombreuses attentions personnalisées. Nous aurons plaisir à revenir l!!! A recommander sans aucune hésitation.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was absolutely lovely – very modern, newly furnished, and had everything we needed. It had a cozy feel and was spotlessly clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful, and the location was perfect – close to everything but still peaceful. Communication with the host was excellent: quick, easy, and very friendly. Everything was just right – we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

We loved our stay! The property at the end of Lake Bohinj is lovely, with a beautiful creek flowing behind it and is close to the lake and many hiking trails. The property is big and very well kept. My family had fun playing games on the large grassy area with a volleyball net. The cabin is new, clean and cozy with nice bedding and well stocked kitchen and linens. We made 3 dinners and found everything we needed for food prep. If you're going to cook, you may want to pick up groceries before arriving in the area as the local markets have somewhat limited options. Amenities in the cabin were perfect! We watched movies, took saunas and lit fires in the fireplace - wood and kindling provided in cabin. Washer/dryer worked great and it was nice to do some laundry before moving on to our next destination. Jaka is very responsive. He communicates well and proactively using the AirBnB app.

We stayed at the house for a week and had a wonderful experience. It was perfect for our family of four, offering all the amenities we needed throughout our stay. The house was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with two spacious bedrooms and a lovely bathroom on the lower level. Upstairs, we enjoyed a beautiful open-plan living area and a well-equipped kitchen, all enhanced by stunning views through the many windows. A large balcony extended from the living space, providing a perfect spot to sit back, relax, and soak in the surrounding scenery. The location is excellent, though a car is essential to make the most of your visit. We used the house as a base to explore the picturesque regions of Austria, as well as nearby Italy and Slovenia. Christoph was an outstanding host, with clear and consistent communication throughout our stay.

Gal was extremely nice and helpful. Everything went so smoothly from check-in until we left her place. She was also very understanding and accommodated our needs well. The house is beautiful and has everything you need and the location is the best, close walk to the lake, yet private enough that it is nice and quiet. I highly recommend this property.

Robert is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He shared many helpful tips with us while we were there! We rented bikes from him to go to bled and bike around the lake.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Das kleine Haus liegt direkt am Fluss und bietet eine tolle Umgebung zum Entspannen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die schöne Terrasse mit dem riesigen Grill, der gemütliche Whirlpool und die liebevolle Einrichtung – man merkt sofort, wie viel Herzblut hier drinsteckt. Die Ausstattung lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen – es war alles da, was man braucht. Alles war super sauber und ordentlich vorbereitet. Natasja war eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hatte. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Ik verbleef met drie vriendinnen in dit appartement. Als je op zoek bent naar natuur, ruimte en rust is deze plek speciaal voor jou. Het uitzicht vanuit de keuken/ eetkamer is fantastisch. Ook hebben we genoten van de sauna. Je moet wel eerst de host vragen om de sauna te openen aangezien het in een aparte ruimte ligt, maar dat was niet erg. Wij raden dit verblijf zeker aan !

Well designed house with tasteful interior. We can’t think of anything that we missed and the house was spotless. Mojca was very friendly and thoughtful. The house is located on a very rural and quiet location, but still it’s really easy to get to Ljubljana by car. Beautiful walks close by too. We could have easily stayed longer here.

We had an amazing time in Ljubljana. Thank you very much for your hospitality. The location is great. You can enjoy house + garden and have breakfast outside, while being in walking distance to city centre.

Tanja&Bor’s apartment was perfect for our family of five to stay in Ljubljana. The location is very close to all the sights and to tons of restaurants and bars. We had an excellent meal with great service at Breg restaurant just below the apartment. My husband and I loved sitting on the terrace, people watching and looking at the castle and beautiful old town architecture. The apartment was very clean with spotless kitchen and baths. The ceiling in the living room/bedroom is amazing! Really beautiful and detailed. Do be aware that the three sleeping areas are attached and it is necessary for those in the middle bedroom to walk through one of the two other areas to get to the bathroom. Other than this, these rooms all have doors and are private otherwise. We had a fabulous stay would highly recommend staying here.

On vous l’avait dit, le logement est minuscule…mais très bien pensé et agencé. Décoré avec goût. La literie est parfaite. Le gros plus, c’est la place de stationnement devant le logement (attention toutefois, il faut avoir une voiture et non un fourgon ou camion car le passage est étroit). Iztok a été très arrangeant et sympathique lors de notre arrivée. À recommander sans problème.

Excellent apartment in the most beautiful city in the world! We loved Ljubljana and this location is right in the middle of everything. Very convenient to stop back a few times daily. Tara is a great host and the place is clean, bright and modern. Highly recommend!

Milena war eine Super-Gastgeberin. Wir konnten zwar nicht früher in das Apartment, aber unser Auto schon parken. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, ist aber nur wenige Gehminuten vom Fluss und nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Innenstadt mit vielen Restaurants und Bars entfernt. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Vor allem die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Really great studio apartment, cozy with absolutely everything you need and a nice balcony that gets sun from noon until 18:00. The (free) bikes are an excellent bonus, we used them two days running to go into and around Ljubljana, even though we had a rental car. Lots of cycle paths make it safe and easy to travel around by bike. Ivy is an excellent host, although we didn’t meet her, she was friendly and very communicative with lots of good advice. Her recommendation of the restaurant Julija was spot on, it was really good (but gets busy so go early or reserve a table). Overall, Ivy’s place is perfect for a couple and we would 100% stay here again

Jan is such a responsive and generous host. this amazing apartment had every possible amenity and then some. he has thought of everything and even provided fridge drinks and outlet plug adapters for out of country guests. this location might be one of the best we have had in all of or travels. beautifully updated apartment as well.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a grand old building with 81 steps from the street. But so long as you can do those stairs, the location is unbeatable, right behind the Franciscan Church in the main square. Apartment had everything we needed, and so it was pleasant just being there, soaking up the sounds of the city. That sound includes church bells, every 15 mins, but it also means you are 5-10 mins from everything, in a very walkable city. We walked to/from the bus/train station on arrival and departure. And we cooked at home most nights, with a Lidl only 400m away. Would definitely stay here again

Tho was a beautiful apartment in a great location. It was a quick walk up to the castle and very convenient to go to the Friday markets. It had everything we needed and we wished we could have stayed in Ljubljana longer.
