Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ratchathewi

This is my second stay here, and I absolutely love it. The location is fantastic—within walking distance to Siam Paragon and CentralWorld. The room is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a large sofa and a big dining table, perfect for families or groups of friends who want to spend quality time together. There’s a 7-Eleven nearby for convenience. The air conditioning works great, and having a washing machine and ironing facilities makes the stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great place, 24/7 pool, lovely area, lovely staff. The one thing to note and criticize is the internet is very spotty - although you can get prepaid sim cards for an affordable price.

I don't have any complaints. The host is very responsive. Location was good. Place was clean.

We stayed 4 nights at the property. It is about 15 minutes from the nearest subway station. The beds were super comfortable, I slept like a log. Good street food is available in the street, a 7-eleven is not far from the accommodation. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back to the accommodation if we are in Bangkok again. Thanks for the beautiful accommodation and the good communication.

Penny is an excellent hostess, and it was great to live in her daughter's former apartment for 10 days. She goes above and beyond any hostess duties and made this the best AirBnB experience I ever had. Her caring for guests is remarkable from transportation to and from the airport, showering me with fruit and water and bringing me an office chair, since I had a lot of work to do while there. The WiFi is excellent, and the TV has lots of English programs, even without personal streaming subscriptions. The street is very authentic, a busy mixture of people, cars and mopeds. The Bangkok Conference Center is within easy walking distance. The shopping options (especially for clothes at incredible prices) are endless! A 7/11 is in the same building and there are heaps of restaurants and food vendors all over. BigC is a huge supermarket and department store, just a 10-minute walk away. All around, I sure hope to stay there at my (hopefully soon) next visit to Bangkok!

Great location near Asok MRT! The apartment is within walking distance (5–10 minutes) to shopping malls like Terminal 21 and EmSphere. My favorite morning spot, Benjakitti Forest Park, is also nearby. The apartment is very clean, but you can hear some noise from the main road outside—remember to bring earplugs! Thank you so much, and I’ll definitely be back.

Arpa is very nice, flexible and accommodating! We are a family of eight including one elderly and 3 children. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! Elderly can stay at the ground floor without having to climb the stairs and there is also toilet/bathroom (with bathtub), kitchen and common area on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms are on second floor. The one with bunk bed has ensuite toilet/bathroom and the other bedroom is adjacent to toilet/bathroom. The place is clean and spacious! Walkable distance to BTS (about 10 mins). Place is also near eateries and massage parlour. My whole family love the place!

Great location for exploring Bangkok as it close to all the shopping areas and eateries. The house is clean and well maintained. It has lots of space to spread out.

Jenny is a lovely host. She provided welcome fruits and breakfast for everyday. She allowed us to checkin early and very kind to our family. And very responsive. The house is spacious, spotless and has everything essential things we need. Situated in a peaceful location connecting to the airport but not far from the central area either. A great place to stay in Bangkok. Very private condo on Soi 11 with many restaurants available in a close proximity. The host is very responsive and very supportive in allowing for an easy check in. The place has every amenity you would need for a longer or shorter duration of time in Bangkok. Would highly recommend for couples or single travelers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Bang rak is a great spot to stay with many good restaurants and a more local feel. Close to Yaowarat and a BTS. The place was very clean and quiet. The design was very clean and nice. We loved every minute of it. We would stay here again.

My stay at Attaporn’s apartment was wonderful from start to finish. The space was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed—perfect for a relaxing end to my Thailand trip. The location was convenient for exploring the city, yet the apartment itself felt peaceful. Attaporn was an exceptional host, warm and welcoming, with clear communication and helpful tips. I especially appreciated the early check-in flexibility after my long travel. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I had a wonderful time staying at Dr. Supot place! The space was exactly as described — clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it so much that we asked for an extra day, very nice and helpful host would definitely recommend.

Ndee's apartment is excellent value for money. It has everything a traveller requires. Not only this but Ndee herself is a honest person. Qatar Airways denied me boarding for no other reason than discrimination (case still under investigation) and Ndee was kind enough to refund the total paid amount. Eventually I rebooked new flights with a good airline (Austrian Airlines) that doesn't discriminate and Ndee was the first person that came to mind when booking a new accommodation. A customer goes where they are treated the best. Thank you for your kindness and most excellent experience!

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks in May 2025, the apartment had everything we needed and was in a popular area, it’s about a 10 min walk to Sukhumvit Rd. Which suited us well. I used the gym quite a few times which was good. All instructions were very clear and it was extremely well organised. The only thing which we found slightly difficult was that we only had 1 key and security pass which are connected together and as there was 2 of us and quite often went out separately we had to co ordinate our times to make sure we could get back into the apartment. 2 keys and security passes would be a big help. All good though. Thank you A+++

Very nice place it was clean and had good instructions on how to check in, was a little far from everything and kind of secluded but that was on are part for not doing are research, everything in the area including bts was a bit of a walk or drive. But is a nice area and a peaceful place.

Had a great time during this stay. Tina is the best! super responsive and flexible. If you tell her what you are looking for she will help and if you need anything she is always there. Highly recommended, and some amazing night views. Located next to a huge mall, temple, massages, food, BTS, everything!
