We are a group of 6 friends, all doctors. We usually plan a staycation/small trip every year as a part of tradition since 10 years now. We were looking a place to unwind from our busy schedules, connect and share our year long stories with eachother. Suraj's Seascape gave just the canvas we were looking for. Stay is luxurious, with pool, plenty of games(archery, table tennis, badminton, cricket). I will divide the review under following headings- Overall stay- 4/5( place has a great view, but is on main road to Murud so expect traffic whole day. Not peaceful) so loosing one star. Other than that it's a great property. Food- 4.5/5. Everything was great. fish(pomphret, surmai, prawns, komdi wada thali). We were just licking our fingers after every meal. Bbq was average Staff- 5/5 very helpful, they bring whatever we need from local market in no time. made our stay very comfortable Cleanliness - 5/5 Will recommend this place to whoever wants a staycation.

The place was just as described—beautiful and exactly what we expected. Kanchan and Anita were extremely helpful and proactive in sharing all the necessary information and assistance. The private pool was definitely the highlight of our stay. The location was excellent, with the market just a short walk away. A big thanks to Pintu Dada for helping with breakfast and arranging autos. Overall, a truly worthwhile experience and great value for money.

Beautiful villa, The Infinity Pool by the mountains and the jacuzzi was stunning, We enjoyed chilling at the deck area , The wooden villa has luxury interiors, Loved the food and the caretakers service, Responsive host too, Thank you for hosting us. We had a truly wonderful stay! Niki and Ketan were incredibly warm and welcoming, and their hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The space was clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully maintained perfect for a relaxing getaway. Suresh, the caretaker, was also very kind and helpful throughout our stay, always available whenever we needed anything. Overall, a lovely experience in Pathraj. place was close to jio and had all amenities. host was very responsive and helpful and so were thr caretakers. kitchen has all basic stuff incl microwave . it was a great stay with a gym and pool on the top floor and a great view.

Very nice and clean place well connected by public transport with nice places to eat and station also closeby. Nikhil is an excellent host. Was very understanding of our needs and very responsive.

If you're looking for a calm and peaceful weekend in Karjat, this place is perfect. It’s super pocket-friendly and has everything you need to relax. The view of the sunrise with Kothaligad peak in the background was just stunning. At night, sitting on the balcony under the stars was incredibly peaceful. The food was great too, Mandar has kept menus from good local restaurants like Mauli and Bombay Baithak. Just make sure to order 1–2 hours in advance, and you’re sorted. But what really stood out was Mandar himself. Even though he was in Ladakh with almost no connectivity, he still made sure we weren’t facing any issues. That level of care says a lot - he’s definitely a true Superhost. Would love to visit again, especially in the monsoon. Highly recommend!

Totally enjoyed our stay here. Divya is super helpful right from the booking till the check out. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and is incredibly well maintained. Would recommend wholeheartedly for a stay and I look forward to be here again.

The Palava locality is good with lots of food options in the locality and also Swiggy Zomato. She is very kind and accommodative. Always a call away. The ac is in master bedroom only.
