House holiday rentals in Ras Al Khaimah

We wanted private space for our staycation at reasonable rate for a group of people. It was exactly what we’ve wanted. I would recommend if you need space for private gatherings in the heart of nature, away from the city where you can cook with fire and bbq but not for luxury. Everything was great as expected, no complaints.

Thank you Alia, everything was more than good! The villa is amazing for relaxing time with friend or kids all the necessary is there and more.. full equipment in the kitchen and spacious rooms. Definitely we will be back.

We had a pleasant stay with Alia in her villa. Everything was exactly same as at the pictures, it was easy to check in and Alia was very responsive to all our requests. Villa is located very close both to the pool and beach and has a huge terrace with an amazing sunset views. The barbecue area is missing there, coffee machine is not working - it is all mentioned by the host. All other kitchen appliances are there, everything is working and fully equipped, so you can cook, can visit restaurants, or even can order room service (from the hotel). If you would like to cook - better take some food supplies with you, as well as tea, coffee and drinking water. We took care about it in advance and enjoyed our stay in full. Will book again with pleasure, great location and huge territory to walk around.

Villa was very clean and nice, it was exactly what we were looking for.

A cozy little hideaway, tucked away between mountains, this is an ideal escape from the busy life of the Emirates. If you need a quick getaway for some peace and quiet I highly advise you choose this villa. I have now stayed here for a month as I am working nearby in Hatta, after a busy day I find this location very comforting. It's wonderful to sit outside as the night rolls in and watch the sky light up with stars. With mountains all around the area stays relatively cool with wind blowing through nearly all day long. Even during the month of August which has seen high levels of humidity paired with typical summer temperatures the climate in the area has felt comfortable. For people looking to explore the surrounding areas, such as Hatta, this villa is ideally situated a short drive away, there are no issues with traffic and it is far quieter than places located closer to Hatta's main attractions. The host is fantastic, attentive and helpful. I hope to visit again in future!

Great villa! Heated swimming pool, barbecue, great backyard. Very private! Blossoming flowers as a fence. Amazing. We enjoyed fresh air and fumigation inside. Towels are everywhere, much more than needed , and that's extremely convenient. Highly recommend for the stay!

We had an amazing stay at Alia's villa. The place is located inside The Cove Rotana Resort in Ras Al Khaimah which was a beautiful environment, walkable and full of nature. The villa is spacious and well equipped, we had everything we needed. The private pool is the main star of the show. It is clean, very nice and cold. It was at the perfect temperature even if we are in May. We had dinner directly on the beach which was wonderful! Alia is super reactive and friendly. We highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

The 9 Palms Villa was a lovely place to stay for the week. The neighborhood was quiet, the villa and outside areas were cozy and welcoming. We had a great stay and would come back again. The host and co host were responsive and very helpful - check in / out were easy.
