Great place for families, nice team and good facilities

Had great time at the apartment. It’s located in the gated community with many local amenities such as pharmacy or 24/7 shop. The apartment is of a good size with less than 50 meters to the beach. In the area there’s a running track, playground, pools, outdoor gym and quite a few food trucks nearby. Apartment has everything you need to cook some simple meals or make hot beverages (including drip filter coffee machine and pod machine). The host was super quick to resolve any queries and allowed us to check in much earlier which was great given we had early morning flight.

Top stay by the sea, Ahmed is very available and very attentive to the requests of these customers. The apartment is great even better than in the photo in a beautiful residence! I highly recommend it !

Omar was a great host . I stayed for one month and during my stay he was responsive always to any questions and always checking if everything is okay. The location is beautiful , peaceful and the apartment has everything you need . Would gladly stay here again .

Everything about this apartment is perfect starting from the Host, view, theme of the house and necessary amenities. Sunset is visible right in from of the balcony.

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was well located,clean, and had everything we needed. We even had a lovely fruit bowl.

We had a very nice time, apartments is very close to the sea, clean and modern interior, the pool in on the roof and all very clean and accessible most of the day. Jason & Salem were very helpful and responsive.

Tim was so helpful. I called him, like a million times, but he was patient ans guided me to his home. The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything stocked up already. All the instructions on how to use the machines were clearly written on the ipad that he will provide. He checked up on us a few times to see whether everything was okay. The view was so good from the balcony. Definitely recommend for anyone visting Marjan island. Will definitely come again for sure!

We had an amazing stay at this 3BHK apartment, and to our surprise, it’s located inside the Pullman Hotel Al Marjan Island—which was a huge bonus! We didn’t expect to have access to such fantastic hotel facilities, including a large outdoor pool, an indoor pool with jacuzzi and steam room, and even a private beach just across the road. The included buggy service made getting there easy and fun! The apartment itself is very spacious, especially the master bedroom which comes with an attached bathroom and a beautiful ocean view. The hallway is wide and welcoming, perfect for a group or family, though we did have a bit of trouble getting the hallway AC to cool properly. The kitchen is on the smaller side but has the essentials. If you plan to cook meals, especially rice, I’d recommend bringing a rice cooker. Прекрасное жилье, даже не хочется рассказывать о нем, чтобы его не раскупили)) хочу отметить - в квартире отличная шумоизоляция, мы не слышали ни соседей, ни звуков со стройки неподалёку, очень тихо, чисто, охрана и прочие сотрудники на территории комплекса - замечательные дружелюбные ребята, здесь отличный пляж, после толп туристов в Дубае - здесь идеальное место для отдыха. Вся бытовая техника новая, в квартире чисто, хозяин тут же отвечает на все просьбы! Мы абсолютно точно приехали бы ещё! Жилье на 100 из 10 баллов, огромное спасибо 🙏

Amazing Stay! My friend and I really enjoyed our time here! The place is huge, spacious, and very neat — perfect for a relaxing getaway. A special thank you to Mr. Nasser for being so generous and kind. He gave us a free jetski ride, which made our stay even more fun and memorable! We absolutely loved how close the place is to the beach, and the view is just beautiful. We would definitely love to come back again soon!

One of the best views in RAK and the beach is even closer than it looks in the pictures. It was a 30 second walk to the back of the building. so I’m very glad we chose this place. And the host was the best and very helpful and responsive. Definitely will be back.

The team are excellent. They are friendly, efficient and professional. The apartment is positioned beautifully so that you are able to enjoy amazing sea views. The apartment was extremely well equipped and very clean. It is definitely worth a stay if you are planning a trip in RAK.

I recently stayed in this lovely studio, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The location was perfect. The studio itself was clean, well-decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided all the little touches that made the stay special fresh towels, toiletries, and even a few snacks and drinks in the fridge. The Wi-Fi was fast, the bed was super cozy, and the location was perfect close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, but still peaceful and quiet at night.

Très bon séjour dans le studio de Tim bien équipé et joliment meublé. Vue imprenable sur le golf persique depuis le balcon. Plage privée où vous pouvez voir des petites raies si vous êtes observateur :) Nombreuses facilités sur place très agréables (court tennis et piscine chauffée en rooftop accessible jusqu'à 22h, sauna, hammam). Supermarché pratique pour faire ses courses au pied de l'immeuble et plusieurs restaurants et cafés. Merci à Tim, Catherine et Nazar pour l'accueil également. Nous nous reverrons 🙂
