The area invites you to hike and cycle. The nearest swimming area (on the Achterwasser) is about 3 km away. The Baltic Sea beach in Ückeritz can be reached after about 7 km.

The apartment is located in an apartment building in the small village of Neppermin. It is a small 2-room apartment with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen, with the possibility for a 4th bed as an extra bed. The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 150 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. The Peenestrom is only about 50 m away (bathing area about 1.6 km). The house was completely renovated in the years 2021 to 2022 and newly equipped with high-quality furniture. * Other listings can also be booked for the other apartment on the ground floor (100m² for 6 pers. + 2x extra bed) and the entire house (2 WE).

Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.
