Guest house holiday rentals in Rangitikei District

The house was as depicted and had everything you could want. Our visit was during a rainy autumn spell so the fireplace was a nice bonus. As others have mentioned, the surrounding houses are unusually close meaning everyone pretty much has to close their curtains at dusk to avoid being on display. It was a great base for exploring the area.

We absolutely loved our stay at Jenny’s place! She was incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made us feel right at home. The space was cozy, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views. There were plenty of breakfast options available, and Jenny even left us some delicious treats and fresh fruit—such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay an Jannel‘s tiny house. It was perfect to explore the Tongariro national park - just a 30 min to 1h ride to the most important hikes in the park. The proximity to Ohakune was great to quickly get some groceries and take aways. The restaurants were nice! Still, the location of the tiny house 15 min out of town was great to relax and watch stunning sunrises. Jannel and her family were very welcoming and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at Juanitta and Wayne's place. They were very friendly and kind and nothing was too much trouble. The property is really pretty and very peaceful and quiet. The bed was comfy and the bathroom and kitchen spaces were great. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks very much for looking after us!

Beautiful place to stay for our overnight car event at the local Manfield race track. Carol was very warm and welcoming, easy to communicate with, recommended a really good local fish and chips and was accommodating to our late check in and even provided the breakfast essentials! Lovingly decorated. Good sized space for our family and kitchenette had enough in it that we could cook small meals. Comfortable beds and furniture.

Nice rural area, cabin had everything we needed for our overnight stay. We didn't venture through the main house grounds, but all the information provided said we were welcome to. Plenty of info in the folder for anyone needing ideas on what to do. Easy, seamless check-in and check-out.
