We had such a wonderful stay here. The house is stunning, had everything we could need and the hosts were lovely. They helped with local recommendations as well as making sure we had all the information we needed for the house. Not to mention the gift of some mixture for us to make traditional waffles! The train station is just a few minutes' walk. The kids particularly loved the pool and table tennis table, and I really enjoyed the beautiful walks that are possible from the property. All in all a five star stay.

We had an amazing stay at Camilla's place! The house was absolutely beautiful, very clean and well kept. It was even better than the photos showed. The location was perfect and we appreciated the quiet surroundings very much. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was easy and efficient and we were made to feel very welcome from the start. We can really recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and relaxing place to stay. Thank you very much for an amazing stay - we hope to be able to come back another time!

Incredibly nice home, with beautiful details. It's shown that this home belongs to a family with a sense of aesthetics. Well decorated with everything one might desire. Comfortable heated pool, with beautiful outdoor area. Cozy and accommodating host. Large rich center nearby. The only thing we missed was the possibility of cooling off bedrooms. Highly recommended.

A great villa with many accommodation options. Especially great: the two huge Lego boxes 😍 It took some getting used to that the two bathrooms have separate entrances, but are only separated from each other by a shower curtain. However, this was also described in the property description. Oyvind was also helpful in finding a ski school or recommending restaurants! All in all a great place to stay. Highly recommended!

A beautiful house which worked perfectly for our family of 7. Freshly renovated to a high standard. Kids loved the pool and it was great to have the ability to have a boat docked at the house. Amazing view. All in all a great experience.

We had an absolutely fantastic 3-night stay at Mitra’s place, and what’s even more impressive is that we booked it with less than a day’s short notice! Mitra was incredibly accommodating, even offering us an early check-in to match our early flight, which made everything so much easier. From the moment we arrived, Mitra was warm, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The house was perfect — cozy, clean, and fully equipped for a relaxing getaway. We were blessed with beautiful weather, and spent hours soaking up the sun on the dock while admiring the stunning Oslofjord. It was an absolute highlight of our trip. One of the unique touches that made our stay extra special was the instruments and JBL stereo in the living room. We had such a great time playing music by the water, creating memories that we’ll cherish for a long time. Thank you, Mitra, for your amazing hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. Perfect place! Very relaxing! Kindly recommend for “detox” from city life

Nestled in the heart of Oppland, Elisabeth and Thomas' farm is set in an idyllic setting. You feel like you're in a real cocoon in this house perfectly maintained by Elisabeth. Plan a stay of at least 1 week to fully enjoy the comfortable and authentic accommodation. The bedding is very nice, the bathroom and kitchen are very well equipped. The advantages are: strawberry jam and homemade bread, the wood stove, the view and the calm. Feel free to give Thomas a hand when feeding the cows and calves. I would definitely recommend this place.

Spacious apartment in beautiful historic (1892) home with comfortable beds and excellent water pressure/heat. Line 12 Tram literally outside front gate. Super convenient for exploring Oslo. We appreciated: older building with high ceilings and beautiful woodwork, the location and proximity to the tram, the en-suite bathroom in master bedroom, the multiple toilets (4), and the responsiveness of the host, who lives onsite. You should know: relatively steep stairs to get to apartment, street noise (mostly from the tram that does not run in the middle of the night), and hand held shower in claw foot tub in en-suite bathroom (there is another bathroom with walk-in shower close by).

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely home. The house has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Watching the changes in light throughout the day into evening was restful and at times awe inspiring with the fog on the lake rising in the morning . Amazing place to spend your vacation, located near the river in pretty calm neighborhood. A lot of space and rooms, everything was pretty clean and looked lovely and authentic. Fully equipped kitchen, big living room, fire place all this made us feel like home. Sauna is a bit compact, but nevertheless does it job perfectly.

The house was very nicely decorated and a great solution to accommodate 7 people on a trip. Newly renovated and consistently good standard. The location is probably not to be considered super central, but you can quickly get to the nearest towns. For us, it was perfect as a base before we moved on. I can definitely recommend Elisabeth's house. Was very quick and responsive and arranged most things in the blink of an eye.

Wonderful generous hosts, quick to respond to questions. Kaja's place is a hidden gem, true to description and photos! Their peaceful and pristine home has an outstanding and mesmerising view of Oslo city and Oslofyord in the distance! There's an easy hiking trail, supermarkets and fast electric car charging point (~2.5km) not far away. Rather than driving into Oslo city centre, Asker train station is 8km away, one can park one's car there and head into Oslo city for sightseeing with an Oslo Pass which includes public transport in addition to most museum entrance fees. My family had a wonderful stay and can recommend Kaja's place without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay in "grandma's cottage" The house is clean and despite the fact that it just looks like a museum, it has everything you need. We felt very welcome and were able to enjoy the beautiful view and the surroundings. Hege thank you very much for our pleasant stay and we would love to come back!

Jon was a wonderful host! The location of his home was perfect & close to all places we needed to go. The Air B & B is nicely decorated & equipped with all the comforts needed for a perfect stay. I would recommend Jon’s home to others and plan to stay at this property again in the future.

We loved Kjetil / Christine's place! The home design was beautiful, the view of Oslofjord was fantastic, and it was very well stocked. The bus stop was also just steps away to catch the local bus to get to the train to the airport and other locations. I'd definitely recommend their place for a relaxing visit to Oslo in beautiful surroundings.
