This amazing newly renovated spacious villa, in Risskov is the perfect location for family vacation. The house is 100 M from the Risskov forrest and very close (500 M) to the sea. The city center of Aarhus is only 3 km away. The house features a big kitchen with dining area, living room , office, four bed rooms, three toilets and two bathrooms. From the kitchen there is a nice view and an opening to the private garden with terrasses, lounge and a trampoline. This is the best place to stay :-)

Dejlig privat 4 værelses lejlighed udlejes i ferie og nogle weekender. Lejlighed på Århus ø med udsigt til vandet. Stor sofa en mand kan sove på. Baby seng kan lånes. Lejlighed er i stuen. Der er vaskemuligheder i lejligheden. Tæt på træning Tæt på supermarked. Hyggelig lejlighed på vores dejlige landsted Edelslund med masser af frisk luft, fred og ro. Det ligger i den lille by Norring 3 km fra Hinnerup. Der er en skøn sydvendt terrasse med solopvarmet udebruser og en fantastisk udsigt over marker. Lejligheden er 73 m3 med egen indgang fra gårdspladsen, hvor det er muligt at parkere. Lejligheden består af køkken-alrum og stue, badeværelse med bruger, soveværelse med dobbeltseng. I stuen er der mulighed for 2 ekstra sovepladser på sofaen.

Fantastisk beliggenhed og stort nyt moderne hus. Lige ud til vandet, indkøb og kultur. Perfekt til at samle familien eller til sommerferien i Danmark. Huset har 6 værelser, 3 badeværelser, 1 stor og rummelig stue med køkken og sofagruppe, bryggers og 1 mindre stue i hemsen. Der er 1 stor terrasse med udsigt over havet samt 4 mindre terrasser. Der er en stor gårdhave med overdækket terrasse samt gasgril til de sene aftentimer. Der er desuden en petanquebane og en trampolin til børn.

Holiday house with great seaview - sauna, hottub

Large holiday home in Bønnerup Strand by the sea, perfect for two or three families. Max 10 adults. With panoramic sauna and hot tub. Only a short walk to the cozy fishing harbor and marina and the beautiful sandy beach. In the village and at the harbor there are cozy cafes, restaurants and a fishmonger as well as shops. The street in front of the house is quiet and not very busy.
