The cottage contains a new kitchen and new floors. Lovely conservatory overlooking the large garden. Large bedroom and a small room with bunk bed and bathroom. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an extra bed. Wood-burning stove and heat pump as well as electric radiators. On the grounds there is also an annex with two sleeping places. In the annex there is an electric radiator.

The house is close to nature and forest and only about 300 meters from Gudenåen. The house consists of kitchen/living room with wood-burning stove, 2 bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom from 2023 with sauna. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two bunk beds with 4 sleeping places. Outside there is a large sunny terrace, and a large lawn with 2 football goals.

In the living room there is a sofa bed that sleeps 2. In addition, a cozy annex with a two-and-a-half man bed. The house is 200 meters from the beach and is located just behind Molskroen and Molskroen's popular icehouse. The house is on a nice road with alley trees in quiet surroundings. Fantastic enclosed garden. Close to Ebeltoft town and harbor.

Cozy A house by Sminge lake with sauna.

Relax in a cozy and quiet setting. Fun A house with wood-burning stove, Sauna in the garden and cold water bath. There is also access to Sminge Sø, Gudenåen and the Bird Tower. Almost right next to Svostrup Kro. A nice walk along Gudenåen. Pets are allowed. We have a dog ourselves, so the grounds are fenced. In addition, we have a small boat by the lake where you can sail a little down by Gudenåen and fish. Smoking inside is not allowed. There is coffee and tea in the house as well as wood for the sauna.
