Arturo has been a great host! Always available, attentive and precise with all the information we needed. The room is clean and super nice. The kitchen with the fabulous terrace! Also located in a very quiet area and close to everything. I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Oaxaca!

if you have the opportunity Discover Utopia, a truly beautiful place, far from everything and yet just a few minutes away from everything. the only thing is that since I'm not used to the heat, it would be practical to have AC. All the rooms have a fan but the house is really beautiful sunrises and sunsets are something that you have to experience thank you for the experience

A beautiful house, the room is very clean and cozy. The area is very quiet and safe, walking to the center is about 25 minutes so it is quite central. The hosts always communicated very well and gave us recommendations for getting around, places to go, and they always kept an eye on our stay. Highly recommended to stay here
