Holiday rentals with beach access in Rance

We had an amazing time in St Malo at Julie and Roman’s place. A homey and comfortable place to land after long active days of travel. The location couldn’t be better for exploring this beautiful old walled city. We enjoyed swimming in the ocean pool which is just steps from the apartment. And being so close to one of the gates by the water allows you to easily enjoy the gorgeous sunsets every night. The kitchen was well stocked and Julie was very responsive to any questions that we had throughout our stay.

Nice place right on the beach and near restaurants. Provided a pack and play for our toddler. Note two showers (no tub) but one toilet.

Clean accommodation, consistent with the photos and good location. Check-in is free thanks to the lockbox which is very convenient. Elisabeth's directions to the apartment were clear. It was available before and throughout our stay. I recommend!

We stayed at Odette's for a week. Laure and her team were very welcoming and gave us a lot of advice and recommendations, we thank them. We had a wonderful week and felt at home in this beautiful apartment, very well equipped, modern and very well located facing the sea with private access to the beach. (Note the very comfortable bedding and pillow, which is appreciable) the balcony is a big plus. We recommend and will not fail to book this apartment for a future stay in Saint Malo.

A true gem! If you are looking for a place in St Malo, this is the one! Conveniently located, with a side sea view from the window, quiet with the sounds of seagulls and waves… The appartement is also perfectly equipped. It was our second vacation with our baby and we were amazed by all baby accessories Marion prepared for us. From the bed to the chair, including the cutlery and the bath thermometer! Our second stay at Catherine's perfect little place! Everything you need in a beautiful location, short drive to beaches, shops, interesting towns & villages. Spotlessly clean, large comfortable bed, great shower. Catherine is such a charming, friendly host. Highly recommended!

The stay at Patricia's place was perfect. The house is very well cared for, clean and with all the comforts. The location is great for reaching cultural and naturalistic places of interest. We had a great time at Anaëlle and Joseph's place. Check-in is simple and self-contained, the instructions are very clear. The place is even better than the pictures. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and giant screen that allowed us to have a great time. Joseph made himself available to resolve some inconveniences, even from afar. This was greatly appreciated.

Magalie is a lovely hostess, always ready to inform us or make our lives easier. Pleasant house, tastefully decorated and comfortable, in two words I recommend it!

A home that perfectly matches the description. An incredible and so relaxing view. We were missing a little sunshine to fully enjoy the outdoors. Sarah is really very welcoming and explained the operation of the different devices in the house. Really very close to Saint Malo. We'll come back with the sun, I hope, next time

Great weekend spent in this charming studio, very clean, quiet and functional. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach and shops (2 bakeries, delicatessen, pharmacy, restaurant, kiosk, etc.). A great place to discover the area!

Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. the comfortable and convenient apartment is very well equipped. it is in a well kept residence. We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

Very nice apartment with a superb view of the sea and Granville. This is our 2nd stay and we will come back! The apartment is very functional and clean. And the very practical box. We came to find rest and comfort and it was perfect.

The accommodation is faithful to the photos and very clean, which I really appreciated. Nothing special to note except that it is an old building so very low sound insulation and it is in poor condition. However, the apartment is in good condition so it's quite acceptable for a few days. In addition, the apartment does not overlook the street and it is not noisy or busy, so this limits the noise. It's good for a few days 👍 Good communication with Chrystèle as well.

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well-appointed studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence that overlooks the beach with its direct access, great! Ideal location for the various walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the original owner of the city gave us valuable information to improve our stay, in addition, a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

Outstanding apartment with stylish and above-average amenities in a quiet and ideal location. Secure underground parking bay. Very friendly and helpful host who can be reached quickly in case of problems. Excellent value for money!
