Andriss Apartment was wonderful! I stayed there for a week while visiting my son, and it was SUCH a lovely space. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go in Kaiserslautern, and when we took the train, we were walkable to the train station. The apartment was well fitted and exactly as shown in the photos, but even better somehow! Truly lovely. The hosts were also lovely, and very quick to respond to messages. Would definitely stay here again.

You feel the good vibe once you get there and very easy to find location very recommended.

My husband, son and I stayed at Martina’s lovely home for 5 days and it was the nicest AirBnb we’ve stayed in while visiting Kaiserslautern. Martina was very responsive and met us upon arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. The key was in a lockbox so it was super convenient to check in, and the home itself is beautiful. Spacious, filled with light, it was beautifully decorated and had all the conveniences of home. The beds were comfortable, and we were grateful for all the items Martina left for us that made our stay so easy: oils and spices for cooking, a bottle of sparkling water and rose chilled in the frig, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and all the cleaning supplies you would need. Also access to a washer and dryer… everything one would need. The location is excellent - on a quiet street yet a short walk to downtown restaurants and shops. Also don’t miss a wonderful meal 5 minutes away at Martina’s French restaurant named Julien. Overall, a fabulous stay!!

I felt very comfortable and was personally welcomed by the hosts Manu and Stefan (and one of the two sweet dogs). You have everything you need there, the view is a dream and the room is furnished in high quality. Even I, as a non-technical genius, got along super well with all the technical details :) I recommend a sleep mask for those who don't want to be woken up by the sun in the summer and want to sleep in, but for me that was the best thing :) In advance, you got great tips for restaurants and also on request an address for renting ebikes. I felt very comfortable and can only recommend it :)

Everything was perfect! me and my fiancé stayed really comfortably, like at our home. the location was great as it was pretty close to my university, 3m walk to netto supermarket and a bus station. Perfect view to the beautiful city! and the kitchen was completely equipped!

I have had a lovely 3mo stay in Stelzenberg with Verena. She has been an excellent host. Stelzenberg is a quaint village with lots of good hiking. It is a 15min drive from downtown Kaiserslautern. I have enjoy this stay so much that I have extended my stay by 4 months for the remainder of my work contract.

It was close to good food spots and clubs/bars were within walking distance

Jakob is a wonderful host and is now a friend. I would recommend this place and any of Jakob’s properties to anyone.

Was a great Basement Apartment for the price. Need a car to get around but all in all great value for the money.

There were two of us (father + child) in the apartment and we felt like we were guests at Udo's. Everything was tip-top furnished, clean and cozy. Even breakfast is a highlight (highly recommended!). We were allowed to feed the alpacas and take selfies on the very first morning. Udo explained a lot to us about alpacas. The outdoor area with sauna and whirlpool in the conservatory are also great. From here, many exciting excursion destinations can be reached, the Hahnenbachtal right next door, Idar-Oberstein with its mineral museums and tunnels only half an hour away by car. Short distances to the forest, but you also have some meters of altitude to climb and descend. In any case, a double thumbs up 👍

This apartment is just expertly done! Beautiful and felt so high end yet homey. We loved the jacuzzi tub, the large living spaces, and the insanely comfortable bed! We truly haven’t slept in a more comfortable bed on our Europe trips. THE BEST! We will be back in future, and stay for longer!

We spent 4 wonderful days with Jörg. The accommodation is a dream, especially the view from the terrace/garden. You can relax very well in the peace and nature. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen offers everything you need. The direct access to various hiking trails behind the house is an absolute plus. The accommodation as a whole is very clean and attractively furnished. You're right at home. Jörg was always approachable and gave us great tips. The swimming pool in Hauenstein is idyllically located in the forest and offers something for all ages. The hike to the Drachenfels is also worthwhile. We will definitely be back :-) Thank you for your hospitality!

Delightful location with ideal garden for kids and dog. Fantastic jacuzzi and forest for adventure. Kitchen with everything on and off. We were there with a lot of heat, yet the apartment was wonderfully cool.

A perfect stay from start to finish! The accommodation was even better than in the photos: clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. We immediately feel at home there. The location is ideal in a quiet area. Jaccuzi and sauna is very clean. Comfortable bed, fast wifi – everything has been thought out to offer a spotless experience. Beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment! Close to grocery stores, pharmacy, and a massage place. Has an elevator to the 7th floor, then you just have to walk up one flight. Has a stunning view of the city. Parking is 5 euro a day through an Easy Park app. Washer and dryer were very nice to have so you can pack light. Great water pressure for the shower. Can’t say enough good things!
