In winter, the ski slope passes in front of the house, and the ski lift goes up behind the house. In the summer, we are a little hidden and can be reached via a short gravel road. The parking lot is right in front of the building.

At the foot of the hill are numerous shops and bus stops. On foot, it is approx. 300 meters. In winter, the ski bus also runs from here to the Horbergbahn and the Zillertal Arena.
