Este la 3 minute de mers pe jos de autogara 1 Mai, intr-o zona liniștita aproape de centrul orașului. Peste stradă de bloc este supermarketul Lidl iar la 150 metri restaurantul Winners Pub. Se poate ajunge pe picioare în centrul orașului cam in 7 minute.
