Had an amazing stay at Pankaj’s place in Nainital! Perfect location in the main market, super clean, and close to all major spots. Ideal for a group of friends or family. The host was helpful and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay!

The place is amazing, the hosts were great. They have a 24/7 care taker in the property named Sachin, who took care of all the needs we had on commuting, eating and sightseeing. The rooms are exactly as described in the listing, the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Though the property requires some stairs and I understand it is structurally required because if the terrain of the houses Nainital, and the hosts really cannot do anything about it, but Shivang was really helpful to inform us of the prior to that, and since no one among us had any mobility issue, we were fine. But for someone who has, this property is not recommended. The property is walking distance to the bustand and there are lot of eateries and activities to do around the area. The furnishings in the property were new and fairly maintained, the bedsheets were fresh and the blankets were good and fresh too. The bathrooms were clean and modern, kitchen had all the amenities. Overall our stay was amazing.

If you are someone like me who prefers staying away from the hustle and bustle of commercial hill stations this place is a perfect retreat. Tucked away from the chaos of Nainital it offers a peaceful and scenic environment that feels like a breath of fresh air. We were traveling with our pet so finding a pet-friendly place was important and this one truly delivered. The area is serene and ideal for long, relaxing walks surrounded by beautiful views. It’s the kind of place where you can simply enjoy nature take in the fresh mountain air and feel completely at ease. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property in bhimtal, and it was a truly amazing experience. The property is perfectly located, offering breathtaking views of the lake and surroundings, which added great value to our trip. The staff was extremely courteous, especially Mr Gaurav Negi, and he was attentive to our needs all the time even at 11 pm, we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with all amenities, making it a perfect blend. Food quality was great too. Overall, Gaurav provided us with a memorable stay in Nainital. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for all in one.

What you want when you are away from your home, you want a place where you can find yourself comfortable like home. So for me the stay was really awesome. The host Ritumbara ji was not there in person but still she was able to communicate with us effortlessly, anytime I am texting Ritumbara ji i am getting response within minutes so we didn't faced any problem during our stay. Hotel staff was always available there for you, what ever you require wheather it is local sight seeing guidance or you need to order food or room cleaning service they are always there with a smile which shows their dedications towards the hospitality. So overall it was a great experience and I can say that I would like to recommend this property to my and friends in future also.

we had a very pleasant stay at this four bedroom Buransh Terraces. The location was scenic and peaceful with exquisite views from rooms as well as dining area. The caretaker "Mahesh" was welcoming and supportive in catering our needs. The food was also homely.

We had a nice and comfortable stay at the property, as it is situated almost at the hilltop with fruit farms all around, providing peace and solitude. The views of The Himalayas are mesmerizing along with the experience of watching the 'Golden Hour' while listening to the chirping of the birds. The Minivet Perch is a hidden gem! I don’t know why it is still not popular on airbnb and why doesn’t anyone know about this place and this property!! I loved everything about this place from the peaceful forest view to the cozy room with a private kitchen and and just in awe with my terrace view. As a female traveler, I felt super safe and completely at home here. I did the waterfall hike, went on a jungle safari in Sonanadi, and even joined a village tour, it was all amazing. The host is really kind and helpful, and the whole place has such a calm, healing vibe. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for nature, peace, and a real break. A luxuriously and tastefully done property, loved the decor 💜💜, in a quaint place with amazing views and 8 lovely, lovely doggos! The dogs would guide us on trails and sit with us on the deck, peacefully enjoying the sunrises and sunsets with us! Showering us with all love, including poopy cone (the one with a cone) who gets frustrated that he can’t sniff his poop because of his cone! 😂😂 The view from the deck and the gazebo is just amazing!!! The staff is super professional and gave us our space while being on service whenever needed. This is one of the best place across Airbnbs around that I’ve been in 🩵💜 I’ll definitely want to bring more friends and family in future to meet the doggos and enjoying the delicious food made by Gajendra at the deck!! I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Nainital. The host Ravi was very responsive and made the booking process smooth and hassle-free. Navin, the caretaker, was extremely helpful and always available whenever we needed anything. The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up with all the necessary amenities. It felt like a perfect blend of comfort and nature. The location is peaceful and scenic, away from the hustle and bustle, yet very easily accessible from the main town and all major tourist spots. Great view from the room. You would have to walk down 50 stairs which can be an issue for older people. Apart from that, the apartment was clean and great. Felt like home

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. The check-in was easy. The rooms were clean, beds all made up, toilets were well maintained. Kitchen was great. The best part was the location. It was beautiful, the property is surrounded by mountains, it is a quiet and peaceful place. The lake is just in front of the property. One thing I would like to add is that the lake is not accessible directly from the property, for that you have to go around the property, which is not much of a task though. The caretaker was helpful and could also cook food if told him beforehand. The only problem I encountered there was of mobile network. Jio network did not work there but Vodafone-Idea worked flawlessly. The place doesn't have a WiFi which is not a big issue, but would be cherry on top if made available. Overall the stay was excellent, the rooms were huge and there was also provision of bonfire.

This was a much awaited postpartum getaway that absolutely met our wishes. Thank you so much Mr. Pande for we got it touch and experienced the stay at your humble bnb! Mr. Pande has been proactive and always responsive for all the queries and resolved the issues at most. We are neighbours living in the same sector in Noida but Airbnb got us to acquaintance each other to exchange a few laughs on how small the world is. Spotless cleaning and always there to help Chandan also took really good care of us. The surroundings are amazing, we all work up to the sound of birds and people working on their feel, it was such a delight to be back and connect with nature again. The drive to this place is smooth however there are few sharp bends to reach the location, but once you are here you have all that you need. Once again, thank you much Mr. Pande for everything. ☺️

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb in Khurpatal and it was an unforgettable experience for me and my parents . This place is perfect for those who want peace and calm. Property is amazing, with every possible amenities. Kitchen was well-equipped. Cozy living space. Lovely outdoor area, with beautiful flowers. View is breathtaking, area is secure, you can walk outside the condo and enjoy the serene landscape. Overall it’s perfect spot for relaxation and rejuvenation. Hosts were amazing, gave me all the necessary information and were available for any requests. Wifi is not available, however mobile network works fine. Not many restaurants around, however it’s just 20 mins drive to Nainital. It was a memorable stay, would love to return soon. Highly recommended.
