Although we had some trouble getting in touch to ask for the door code, we were very happy with the apartment and location. We did not receive the code on the day of our arrival — not email or phone. We were able to talk to Frau Schmidt but we didn’t speak each other’s language. We eventually figured things out and agreed that she was going to meet us at the apartment in 30 minutes to let us in but, due to very bad traffic with the bridge out, we were a bit later and she was not there. However, just as we were about to give up, the code was texted to us.

We had a really nice stay in the apartment furnished with "love". You immediately felt warmly welcome. There was really nothing missing in the small apartment. Jörg and his wife are nice hosts and communication with Jörg was great before and during the stay. The apartment was as described, very cozy and quiet. There was everything you need. The location is also very good, the train station in Putbus can be reached in a few minutes and in ten minutes you are in Bergen. A supermarket is just behind the corner. I can recommend the apartment and would come back.

Astrid's apartments are all very special: particularly chic, particularly lovingly furnished. The park is enchanting, there are beautiful seating areas, also right on the waterfront. The house is in the middle of a nature reserve and you can watch birds and game or walk a lot. I like to think back to the week in the "house on an island on an island".
