The house has a comfortable easy coastal living style. With a view often comes a steep block of land, as is the case here. If you have mobility issues this property could prove difficult.

Everyone loves staying at our comfortable and stylish house, Januce, on the river. Januce is the perfect place to holiday or work from home. Private, with a huge deck looking over the river, comfortable, fast broadband, Netflix, leather couches, comfy beds, air-con, books, games, barb q, full kitchen. Januce is about relaxing.
