The same path will lead you to the village, to several nodes of hiking trails, to the information center of the Forests of the Czech Republic, to the shop (270 m), to the restaurant (315 m) and to the children's playground (230 m).

The apartment is on the ground floor of a detached house of a listed farm, in a shared courtyard with the owner's residence. It has two double walk-through bedrooms, one with a dining area, a bathroom with a toilet, a sink, and a shower. The separate kitchen has an entrance from the courtyard. It is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, electric double cooker with oven, toaster, kitchen utensils, tea, coffee, outdoor seating. All rooms have entrances from the courtyard. Suitable for seasonal short-term stays from May to September.

The cottage is family and pet friendly. The cottage has a spacious terrace with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside towards the Berounka River. You'll enjoy beautiful trips nearby on foot or by bike. The garden around the cottage is fenced and lockable. It is also possible to use the built dog pen. There is a fire pit in the backyard for an evening sitting by the campfire. There is also a charcoal grill. Next to the cottage there is a small playground with a carousel, children's house, slide, swings, sandpit.

Přijeďte si užít pohody s rodinou nebo přáteli do naší útulné chaloupky v Modřejovicích, v srdci Křivoklátska. Z chaloupky se dostanete procházkou do blízkých krásných lesů plných hub. Chaloupka je uvnitř kouzelná a je obklopená velikou členitou zahradou (cca 1500m2), kde najdete spoustu zákoutí, a kterou chrání před pohledy kolemjdoucích břečťanový plot. Na pozemku je také udržovaná stodola, kde mají zázemí děti (s houpačkami a hračkami - pod dohledem dospěláků prosím) a zahradní technika.
