Malika offers a pleasant, comfortable and cosy accommodation in the heart of Delhi. One should not expect five-star accommodation, but the offer is well-proportioned to the quality of service. The entrance is secure, the apartment is on the third floor. Breakfast is not included, however there is water and juice in the fridge, a kettle, tea and instant coffee. There is a fan in every room, in the pre-summer and summer period they are essential, and the linen is clean. Refinement underpins the environment, with marble floors, paintings and furnishings in harmony with the basic but functional furniture, with curtains, books and handmade candles. There is a balcony that overlooks a garden off the traffic in a very quiet area, in the morning you will be woken softly by the unique singing of birds, what more can you ask for in Delhi? I went there for 2 days 1 night stay with my family. Arun was proactive with his responses and was super helpful right from the start. The place is neat, tidy, and beautiful. We got all the amenities listed and Arun's staff helped us with other stuffs in case we needed anything. We had our 8months old baby with us, and he too slept a sound sleep. Place being near a very busy area was surprisingly very peaceful and quiet. We loved our stay there. It felt just like home. Thanks, Arun. :)

It was a great experience staying at this house. Initially there were some minor issues with the AC and the TV remote, but they were easily fixed. The house is on the ground floor, which makes it ideal for summer. We were there during a heatwave and barely felt it, due to the high ceilings and cool temperatures inside the place. Lovely and well stacked kitchen too!

This is top notch place in Janakpuri to stay. We are visiting from USA and would highly recommend this place for your stay or held any event indoor or up on the terrace. Property manager is very helpful and made your you feel home away from home and arranges any of your needs like traveling or sight seeing. Thank you

This is a 'gated community' close to the airport so works very well. You can access Gurugram & Noida also conveniently. The place was well looked after and comfortable. Enjoyed my stay

Excellent studio, aesthetically done up and very well appointed with amenities. Clean linen, a very comfortable bed, a nice seating area as well as a modular kitchen with a cook top, microwave, refrigerator, and everything you may need to cook. Goes without saying, the view from the apartment is stunning and without a doubt, the best in the city! Ameesha was very responsive and proactive. She took care of minor issues instantaneously and the manager as well as the house keeping staff were punctual and very professional. Would definitely stay here again!

Ideal Stay for US Embassy Visit – Comfortable & Convenient I booked this property for my father, who had his scheduled visa interview at the US Embassy. The location is central Delhi, very close to the embassy, and easily accessible by vehicle—making it a perfect choice for such purposes. The check-in process was smooth, with clear instructions shared well in advance. The hosts were cordial, approachable, and ready to assist whenever needed. The property was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and neat, just like in the photos. My father had a very comfortable stay. It's an independent ground floor unit, situated in a calm, green locality which felt refreshingly cool despite the Delhi heat. The pricing is also quite reasonable for the location and amenities offered. Highly recommended for anyone planning a similar trip or looking for a peaceful stay in central Delhi!

Loved this spacious, luxurious penthouse with a beautiful rooftop garden—perfect for relaxing! The 2 AC bedrooms (with TVs) were comfortable, and the 55-inch TV in the living room was great. The location is safe, peaceful, and close to markets, cafés, and metro stations. The host was responsive, and everything was clean & well-maintained. Highly recommend!
