Holiday rentals in Raja Ka Bagh

It was my honeymoon trip and the stay at shuag valley view homestay just made it WoWw. The view is just tremendously jaw dropping. The carvings, the interior, and the hospitality everything is fantastic. I would like to suggest to upcoming guests, Please, please, please do try atleast one time meal prepared by Mr. Kuldeep. He is a Ace of Chefs. I tried Rajma rice (Desi orgainc Rajma), and Kadhi Rice. I bet whoever try it once, will definitely come back for the taste. Also on individual level Mr. Kuldeep is wonderful person. Thanks for everything, May God will fulfill all your dreams.🙏🏿 I would also suggest the guests, please keep the Luggage at minimalist because to reach at the property there is a trek of around 300 metre approx. But its worth the experience.

"Hilltop Hideaway: Decent Stay with Bonus Leg Workout" Stayed here for a few nights, and let’s just say—if peace and quiet had a mailing address, this place would be it. Located way up on a hill (seriously, your legs will either love you or sue you), it’s a solid spot for getting away from, well... everyone. The house was clean, the host was friendly, and the view? Definitely the highlight. You could see so far out, I’m pretty sure I spotted my responsibilities running away in the distance. It’s not luxury-level, but it’s got charm—like if a rustic cabin and a yoga retreat had a baby. Just don’t expect room service or nightlife unless you count the sound of crickets throwing a rave outside. All in all, a decent stay for anyone looking to unplug, unwind, and maybe accidentally become one with nature. Would come back—but next time I’m bringing snacks, a flashlight, and maybe a sherpa.

It's been a wonderful stay in Forest view, Ajay is an excellent host, took care of all of my needs, the homestay is located inside Kallatop Wildlife Sanctuary, it's a peaceful location amidst the forest, if you like watching birds, animals and spend some me time, this is the best place to be in. Room was clean got all required amenities , food served was tasty as well. Other travel locations are bit far from it, here Ajay can accompany you with his car at much reasonable price than the taxi services. In short it was a badiya stay. Thanks Ajay for your hospitality, keep it up bro.

Sumit and his grandfather are amazing hosts. Firstly, Sumit helped us to reach their place by advising us beforehand to use an alternate route. This helped us to reach the place easily. We were given a warm welcome by Sumit, his grandfather and his team. The place is surrounded by a jungle. This makes the location very peaceful. If you are looking for a break from your busy life, this is the perfect getaway. We stayed for just a day. Even then, Sumit made it memorable by taking us on a short trip to the nearby Pong Dam and Wildlife Sanctuary to watch the beautiful sunset. He also explained to us the history of the place in detail. When we returned, dinner was prepared. Food was tasty as it was prepared using home grown vegetables. We had dinner in the front porch under the night sky. We were also treated to a wonderful conversation by Sumit's grandfather which was another memorable experience. Sumit has tried to maintain the originality of the place while also keeping in mind, the practicality needed to accomodate guests. A jungle retreat like this is so many more times better than an urban 5 star hotel. They are honest, simple and hard working people who try their best to make the guests comfortable. The place is also close to the Masroor rock cut temples. All in all, I would highly recommend this place without doubt.

It was an amazing experience at Saurabh’s property. A newly built property with all amenities and a very friendly host. Though the property was near to the bus stand, it did not have any disturbances or noise as usually found in properties near bus stands. A very peaceful location with the Mall Road at a walking distance from the property. The Apna Adda which is a veg restaurant and the Lallu restaurant which had non-vegetarian menu were the best and I ate all my meals for six days of my stay from these two restaurants. Saurabh’s guide book had listed everything in Dalhousie and he was always around to help with the best recommendations. Saurabh also went that extra mile to support the mission I was riding for. The rooms were very large with all the amenities and a good balcony. It was very neatly maintained. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Dalhousie

The place was really nice and quiet although if you are not a trek person or a fit person then this place is not for you. The people were amazing they were really nice and tended to all our needs.
