Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

Fantastic living in the idyllic property

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

The apartment is well equipped and also invites you to cozy evenings on the sun terrace. A good starting point for hikes around the Schatzberg with some opportunities to stop for a bite to eat. The Allgäu with Neuschwanstein Castle or Munich are easily accessible in about an hour.

Inside, a wood stove and infrared heating keep things cozy while foxes and deer pass by outside.
