Great all around — host was very communicative and place was exactly like the photos. Please see my other review for more details on the unit! We booked this listing to tide us over for a day after mistakenly booking one day less than we intended.

This is a great combination of everything a traveler needs. Alex and his team are very helpful, the location is perfect- not too far from the beach and close to all of the great food - plus the rooms have a beautiful view. Looking forward to stay again!

Firstly, just to clarify this is a hotel. I had a lovely stay here. The staff were very helpful, the location is walkable to everything and the room is big with a large balcony. My room looked onto ‘garden view’ which has a beautiful sunrise. The only negative is if you are a light sleeper the garden rooms are next the mosque so the 4am call to prayer woke me every day, but still it’s a gorgeous view!

We stayed in this accommodation for about a month in order to go to the Muay Thai gym nearby. For this purpose the location was perfect and you are at the main beach within a few minutes. The pool at the accommodation is very nice and clean and you can spend multiple hours there :) There’s a cleaning service every week, who we were able to schedule according to our plans. The kitchen and fridge were perfect to store some snacks, but for actual cooking I think the utensils could be renewed and stocked up as the pot and pan were very scratched and wobbly. Chaba was very friendly and helpful in his communication and additional wishes like new towels or a separat bedding were quickly communicated to the staff. Thank you for hosting us!

We had an amazing stay with Simen! The apartment was fantastic, really spacious and clean! The pool was really big and even had a pool bar! We will definitely come back in the future! Thank you

We had a wonderful stay in this quiet, remote place. Wonderful nature, birds, clean and nice surroundings and a very big and lovely pool! Super for children! Very convenient to have a restaurant so close. Slava and Elena are so nice and want to make your stay as nice as possible. Thank you!

Absolutely stunning accommodation, with the most wonderful views. The staff are so kind, thoughtful and lovely! Probably one of the most beautiful villas I've ever stayed in - the attention to detail and interior design was immaculate, especially the bathroom with the outside showers (don't worry, there's two inside too), two sinks (his & hers) and the beautiful bathtub. The restaurant had such wonderful vibes each night, especially the section set into the water (which was opened up especially for us!). The staff truly know how to make your visit here memorable and special! The bike hire was a smooth transaction and I hirely recommend (the area is a little remote, but it's ideal for a private getaway) It's worth a mention the laundry is very expensive, but I suppose with it being such a up market venue, maybe it's to be expected. Overall a fabulous stay - I hope to visit again in the future!!

We had a great time at Yayah’s rental. The location was great, easy to get to many locations within a short drive and the house itself was perfect. Yayah also suggested some great places to eat and highly recommend ‘in the forest’ 10 mins drive. Great location as 7 eleven close by as well as supermarkets and a Makro. Yayah and Stephen were really welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again

We spent a few days at this villa, and I would highly recommend it! It's identical to the photos, and cleanliness and communication are also there. I would say the location is a little out of the way, but you can rent scooters and do everything without any problem. Great for a family or group of friends. Very beautiful, peaceful villa suited for my family. Well equipped with many kitchen equipment. Bedrooms were cosy with cute decorations. Definitely recommend Kanok as your next host, I trust her other villas are up to the same standard as this 🤩

Very beautiful, peaceful location in a gated community. We enjoyed the pool and surrounding gardens. A thirteen minute walk to Seven 11 store, fruit market and motorbike rental. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels etc. Electricity and water for the week cost us about $50 CAD (1500 baht) for our family of four. We thought this was reasonable. A five minute motorbike ride brought us to the center of town - night market, scuba diving shop, tour boats, restaurants etc. We had a wonderful time, thanks again Kurt!

Very nice condo. neat and clean. easy to find and hassle free check-in. We stayed for 2 nights. They did keep drinking water but it wasn't adequate. It would have been better if there was a filter for drinking water. Well.. I didn't enquire about that. Nearby Minimart is sufficient for all your daily needs. We Enjoyed the stay.

The unit was awesome, all the items in the unit was branded and new sets such as big Smasung Smart TV and big HITACHI refrigerator. The storage compartments also neat and comfortable to use. This unit has microwave, washing machine and also the cutleries and some basic ingredients provided in the kitchen. Overall, it was a perfect and will come again in future.

The hosts was extremely helpful, superb apartment, very clean and tidy, nice outside pool, but not many sun loungers, the decking by the pool, needed repairs…. Security on the front gate, I would definitely recommend this place, a big shopping mall across the road, but not much in the vicinity, but cabs are very reasonable, or get a taxi bike which is very cheap.

Great accommodation at the foot of the mountain with magnificent views, located set back from the main street so very pleasant. Very large too, I recommend it

Apartment is in Rocco Apartment building and its very nice building with sauna and 24 hours pool. Short distance to walk to restaurants, store and rent a bike. We have stayed in higher apartment at Rocco before and even then it was nice stay. Price of the apartment was just right and sadly we couldn't stay longer. At Ao Nang this place is gold
