It is a beautiful little house, a bit remote but that made it perfect for us. Perfect place to calm down, enjoy the holiday without being bothered by any other tourists. Really nice hosts too

We recently had a beautiful stay at Alexandra's place in Pollença. The property was so peaceful and private with beautiful surroundings. Alexandra was an incredible host. She was always quick to respond to any questions and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She provided some great recommendations for local restaurants and hikes, which we really enjoyed. Can’t say enough positive words about Francesc and his beautiful house. It is situated in the countryside and has a nice and relaxed feeling, but still has a very nice pool and all the amenities you could wish for. Francesc is warm and welcoming, great at communicating and has great recommendations. Will definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay in Valldemossa! The location was perfect—easy to walk into town, yet surrounded by beautiful scenic walks that we highly recommend. A highlight for us was riding down to the coast on our motorbike; if you're visiting, we’d suggest renting a moped over a car, as the area can get busy and parking is a bit tricky. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’d love to return one day. Valldemossa is a truly special place, and our experience matched all our expectations. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and authentic house exactly as shown in the pictures. We especially appreciated the outdoor patio and amenities there. Antonia was very helful and always responsive during our stay.

We stayed in the finca for a week with six people. As already written in other reviews, there are small visual defects here and there, but they can be overlooked. Everything worked, and everything is as described. The location is rural and quiet (which we wanted) and you need a car. However, we took a taxi to Can Picafort three times and paid about €30 each time. I would like to highlight the communication, which actually deserves 6 stars. Kimberely was always helpful with questions and responded promptly. In the event of a small technical problem and after a short call, the caretaker was at the door in three minutes and fixed the error. The toaster was broken and the fuse was blown. The next morning, a new one was already at the door. We had a great vacation and can recommend the villa to everyone

We had a wonderful stay at this charming and well-equipped home surrounded by beautiful cacti. The house was spotless, with thoughtful decor and a warm, cozy atmosphere. During our 8-night stay, we used the washing machine, oven, and dishwasher. All worked perfectly. We appreciated the workout gear. my husband used the yoga mat, dumbbells, and jump rope daily. The beach umbrella and towels were perfect for the hot June sun at the beach. The parasol, especially, was a lifesaver. Maria was a wonderful host, welcoming us with delicious local bread and warm hospitality. The surroundings were peaceful and unique, with donkeys, chickens, and stunning natural views. Having a gas station and Eroski supermarket nearby made getting groceries very convenient. The space is fully private, and we enjoyed the company of the sweetest little kitten. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat we’d love to come back❤️

We loved staying here! We felt at home. We loved the beds, very comfortable! It’s a cosy family home, with games, toys for toddlers. There are chickens and rabbits in the garden! Lots of birds. Amazing sunsets. The house has everything you need, kitchen is well equipped! It’s very private & quiet. For going to beaches & nice restaurants you have to take the car. Santanyi is a cute village nearby.

We stayed in Anita's villa for 2 weeks at the end of July and had a wonderful family holiday. The villa is spacious and in a beautiful location. The outside space is especially lovely with a large pool, terrace, and plenty of seating outside. It really makes the stay special. If you are looking to eat out then Binissalem is about a 15/20 minute walk to the centre where there are good restaurants (would recommend the Italian Terra De Vino, excellent food), or you can walk to the train station in Binissalem in 10 minutes where you can catch a train to Palma, or Manacor in the opposite direction. The trains run frequently and are fairly cheap. If you have a hire car then the road to the villa is narrow but we had a VW Caddy (7 seater) and it was fine with care. There are plenty of great beaches within a 30 minute drive of the villa. We had some issues with the air con during our stay but communication with Anita was good and the air con was fixed fairly quickly. Would definitely return.

The property is very friendly and they turn around to have a great experience. The house is big, comfortable and very cozy. Highly recommended for families.

A wonderful property located somewhat inland. The layout of the house was perfect for our tour group (two families with two children each). Beautiful and tasteful garden, great lighting at night. In the evening, unfortunately, you can hear the highway feeder next to the crickets, you get used to it. And it is this feeder road that makes it possible to drive to beautiful bays or great towns in a good 20-30 minutes by car. Upon returning, you can then enjoy the great pool or the old olive trees and cook in the spacious kitchen easily for a larger group. Communication with Stefan was always quick and clear. Thanks for a great stay.

Petra's accommodation is so beautiful and we all felt right at home. The house was furnished with a lot of attention to detail and is superbly located. Petra is super nice and accommodating and wants everyone to have a good time. We would definitely come back.

We had a really great time at Joan's house! Everything was exactly as described – cozy, clean and wonderfully quiet. The peaceful surroundings and relaxed atmosphere in particular did us a lot of good. Joan and Bàrbara were super friendly, easily accessible and very helpful. We were able to spontaneously stay longer in the house on the day of departure, which made our late departure much more relaxed. Thank you so much for everything!

The place is very nice, located in a small beautiful village. It is a really great starting point to explore the north part of the island. It is well equipped and it has everything you need. Olaf is a great host and always concerned for our well-being. We had a great time and recommend Olaf's place for you trip

We've had a fantastic stay at Sant Elm in Noemi Y Pedro's apartment. Check in was easy and detailed instructions from Pedro, very clean apartment, everything necessary was present. Easy to park on the street in front of the apartment and the neighbourhood was very calm and quiet this time of year (16/6-22/6). Because of this calm period we've had the shared pool almost everyday for ourselves, felt very much private and a very well maintained pool. The view you have on the balcony of the apartment is absolutely stunning, it is an amazing feeling to wake up and go to sleep every day with this beautiful view and weather. Sant Elm is a beautiful (small) village that has alot of options to eat (5min walk from the apartment). Our favourite place to eat was the new establishment 'Es Carey', amazing cocktails (I recommend 'Swimming Pool' cocktail), 'Chipirones Fritos', and an delicious 'Pistache Coulant' as dessert. I highly recommend this apartment, we will definitely be back in the future!

Wonderful and beautiful place, we are so happy that we found such a peaceful, clean, beautiful and private place. The house is surrounded by nature and everything is super well taken care of! Moreover, everything was spotless and the house has everything you need to have a great vacation. Waking up there was truly peaceful and nice, and Margrit was very friendly and helpful with everything. Definitely one of the best places we’ve stayed in, thank you and see you hopefully soon!

This stay was our favourite of the whole trip! The attention to detail here was unparalleled and made us feel right at home straight away. The place was immaculately clean, had a beautiful view and terrace and was situated in the cutest town ever! The host was so helpful and really had thought of everything!
