Everything about our stay was top notch. I don’t think there’s anything that could have been better, or improved. We’ve already shared the details of the property with others. We’d also have no hesitation in coming back. Might hire a car next time to explore a bit further afield. All in all a superb place. Muchos gracias!

Wonderful, accommodating, great location and beautiful grounds.

We honestly felt better than at home in this accommodation. At night, complete peace, quiet. Functional air conditioning units on both floors, fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher. There were even beach towels. You could park in the street right in front of the house. The street was a quiet side away from the hustle and bustle. There is also a terrace where there is shade all day, ideal for morning coffee. Everything is absolutely clean. The host is helpful and prompt. Thank you for this great place, we will be happy to come back if there is still the possibility.

The apartment and location overlooking the beach was first class and exactly as described, the pictures didn’t do it justice. The apartment had everything you needed to make it home from home. Martina as host was brilliant, thoughtful very helpful and prompt with communication. All of this ensured myself and my family had a fantastic holiday, and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, in particular the balcony and wide open views from the living room which were superb.

Apartment in excellent condition, location, cleanliness, amenities, it has everything you need to have a great time. 1.5 blocks from the most beautiful beach in Alcudia. 2 km from the old town of Alcudia, a medieval castle full of shops and restaurants, near the port, very nice for walking too. All on foot. We only take the car to travel around Mallorca. Tomeu is a very helpful host. We recommend it 100%

Pep's apartment is perfect in every way, cleanliness, view, and proximity to the city and all the places to visit. The pool is a plus and the ease of parking as well. i would recommend this apartment.

Olga’s apartment was fantastic — exactly as described, with great photos that match reality. We especially loved the balcony-like space with its stunning view of Port de Sóller. The place was spotless and really well-equipped, with thoughtful extras like sandwich foil and cotton pads! The AC worked perfectly, which was a big help in the heat. Parking was a bit tricky as the spot in front is now for residents only, so we had to park up the hill. Not ideal, but manageable - and not Olga’s fault! Overall, a great stay and a great host. Couldn’t more highly recommend this place to stay. Matt was beyond receptive to all our questions and the most incredible addition was having found very special earrings I left, which Matt offered to mail back for us right away. Beautiful views on the porch. Peaceful place to stay off. Better than staying right in Port de Soller. Easy access to nearby towns by taxi.

From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. Antoni was always available and met all needs. Among other things, we rented a vehicle and he offered us the remote control for opening the gate to the courtyard and brought it by so that we could park our vehicle safely in the courtyard. The apartment was super clean and 100% as advertised. Among other things, the beach was only 2-3 minutes away and we had a lot of options for eating out. I recommend Airbnb and this host! I give it 5 stars!!

We had an amazing stay, the apartment is beautiful and was extremely clean and tidy. We loved the views, it was an easy walk into Port de Soller and there were a lot of good recommendations from Biel that we utilised! Would definitely stay again!

All around great experience - photos of the view do not do it justice! Port de Soller was a great home base for our Mallorca adventure, and we couldn’t have been happier with this unit.

Hello!! Communication with Rafael and Elena is excellent. When the date of the stay arrived, they sent me the precise information to get to the place. Including maps and photos. Which was extremely useful to us! Check-in was very easy. What I have to say about the apartment is all nice things, since it shows that it is made with a lot of love, in each of its details, everything combines with everything. In fact, they welcome you with a tray full of treats for the soul... chocolates, cookies, juice and even wine! The rooms are very comfortable, especially the bedrooms, which each have a storage place. A laundry room that makes the stay much easier, a spacious and complete kitchen, the ideal living room for everyone to be comfortable, a balcony terrace, where unique moments are shared, the exit to the beach, directly from the complex, is a pleasure and the best of the best...the view it offers of the Alcudia beach from all the rooms!! If you seek Peace, it is there!Have I found my place in the world?

What a lovely place!!! Highly recommend this stay as we enjoyed the view, the walk into town, and everything the place had to offer. Alicia and her daughter were helpful with local recommendations and were so sweet. It was a place we will daydream about for years to come.

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

Michael and Vicky communicate quickly and kindly, and make sure everything is in order upon arrival and during your stay. The apartment has a great garden with a lovely swimming pool and is well located in relation to all kinds of beaches, the harbor, other villages. The apartment itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The only downside was that the mattress and pillows of the bed were a little too soft (but that is personal) and that the ventilation in the bathroom did not work super well (remained a little damp and musty after showering). But I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

The apartment was very nice and spacious with everything required for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy. The location was perfect. We would very highly recommend this place.
