The annex is located in quiet surroundings close to the tranquility of the forest in our garden. There are several hiking opportunities in the area, the annex is a 20-minute drive from Fredrikstad city center. It is also not far to drive to Engelsviken, Skjæløy or other nice places near the sea. The annex has electricity, but no water. Ie no shower. Water is put out in cans upon arrival. The bathroom has a portable toilet that can be used. It is possible to be 3 people, but there are two mattresses/beds in the loft, 80 cm and 120 cm

We rent out the cabin and annex with fantastic location in idyllic Larkollen about 1 hour drive from Oslo. Sea view and large garden with room for a lot of play and fun. The cabin is a short walking distance from convenience store Joker, Støtvig Hotel with diner, pool, spa and bowling alley and Losen as well as a few minutes walk to tennis courts, swimming jetty and beach. Large lawn with soccer kitchen, play and barbecue area in the immediate vicinity. Evje golf park is 8 mins. drive from the cabin.

Nyoppført hytte i 2020, med god standard. Hytta er vestvendt med platting så man kan nyte utsikten til sjøen både ute og inne. Skogen og stranda er bare minutter unna, så her kan man velge enten skogsturer eller fine turer ved kyststien, Det er også gode fiskemuligheter, både rett i nærheten eller ved å kjøre til Jeløya eller Larkollen. Sjøørreten biter godt her :) Hytta er godt utstyrt på kjøkkenet og i 2 etg (hemshøyde) er det en Tv med DVD spiller og AppleTv. Stor Trampoline. P-plass til 4
