The house was fantastic, brand new. We've spend 2 nights. Very comfortable. Enough space, comfortable beds and pillows. Great fireplace, very useful in winter season!

We only stayed for one night but we really loved the place, private house with shared kitchen, ac and hot water, good living area and cool outside seating, Koba is communicative and helpful, recommended property

Everything was great, the place is exactly as described and the host was very responsive. Please pay attention to the location, the point in Airbnb was incorrect (the host sent the right one). One shower/toilet for 10 guests is a bit inconvenient, it would be great if there was another one.

The cottage is located in a very picturesque location. The host met us and helped with the check-in, lit the fireplace so that we could cook food on the fire. The cabins are new and cozy, everything was clean.

We loved to stay at Qeta’s place! The location is perfect for everywhere you go and mostly important is that around that village and cottage there are great places to visit! Cottage is beautiful and relaxing. Also garden was making place relaxing. House is very cozy. has everything you need for your holiday. If you will need anything, it’s very easy to contact host and she is always ready to help you. We checked in very early in the morning and host had no problem to greet us. She even baked very delicious Rachuli “Lobiani” for us Our stay was beautiful here and we 100% would recommend staying here

Ana's place is incredibly cozy and impeccably clean, with absolutely everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The beautiful green yard offers a lovely view, making it a perfect spot to relax. There is also a charming summer kitchen and a well-equipped barbecue area, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors. The attention to detail and the serene atmosphere make it a perfect getaway.

Wonderful place near Ambrolauri. Very nice cabin, small but cozy. The house has a stove, you can make a barbecue in the yard. The best part is the bathroom! we hope to come back again, thanks!

One of the most beautiful Places we found in Georgia. The House is soooo amazing, in the middle of the mountains- close to waterfalls and Right in the middle of an stunning landscape. If you can, rent a car and go there, its an 1,5h Ride from Kutaisi and really worth it, bring some things to cook you some meals and just enjoy the silent and the view!The owner is very helpful with directions and anything you need. We had some lovely days in Zviadi's cozy guesthouse, and we felt very welcome and welcomed by Zviadi, who is very sweet and helpful. The area offers nice hikes as well as good wine and food. We would highly recommend Zviadi's guesthouse.

The bathroom is clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Upstairs, there’s a spacious area with four single beds, though they cannot be combined into a double bed. Overall, this is a wonderful escape for anyone looking to disconnect and enjoy the beauty of nature in a cozy, inviting setting. Highly recommended for a peaceful mountain getaway!

Very beautiful views, the house is clean, cozy, but quite small. It's a good option for four people. It would be good to install a new electric stove and a shower cabin (there is a shower, but the water flows directly onto the bathroom floor). In summer, it's probably great, in winter there are some disadvantages. But in general, we are quite satisfied with our New Year's vacation here.

this house has wonderful views of the mountains. the yard is green with grass and you can hear the river all the time. great place to relax. the host responded promptly and helped with everything.
