Apartment is beautiful, and the location is unbeatable. Absolutely the best location we could have asked for for a few days in the city. The host coordinated a taxi pickup for us after we checked in, which was much appreciated as we were unsure which taxi company to use (and there is no Uber on the island). Only feedback is that they use a management company and ask that you communicate via whats app for quicker response. Not a huge fan of communication outside of the Airbnb app, and response time can vary. The apartment was beautiful, in a great spot, and checkout was easy. Would stay there again.

Jackie's place exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean with an exceptional view with daily sunsets. We even got to watch a surfing competition from our living room. Jackie is very responsive and non intrusive and gave us some excellent dining and other recommendations.

Santa Bárbara Sea House is peaceful yet close to Ribeira Grande. The apartment is tastefully renovated, bright, very clean, and well equipped. We especially liked the two comfortable bedrooms, the open kitchen-living area, and the shared outdoor space. Silvia an her Team is a fantastic host – friendly, reliable, and easy to reach. A perfect place to relax, enjoy, and explore the island. Highly recommended!

I stayed here with 3 friends, and we all had an incredible stay! The apartment was so clean with more than enough towels, and kitchen supplies. It’s a quick walk to the beach and near some cool restaurants. The host gave us tons of great recommendations. The beds were comfy and the views from the apartment were amazing! Would recommend this apartment to any group of 4 or fewer! Thank you João!

Claudio and his family welcomed us very kindly and generously. the apartment is clean with all the necessary amenities, some products to help out. We had practically enough to have breakfast. the exceptional view of the countryside and the sea. Bucolic atmosphere. Closed property for parking. You'll find Claudio's house at the end of a cul-de-sac. We recommend 100%

Immaculate and great location in Furnas. Clean, comfortable apartment with well-appointed kitchen. The location was amazing just a block from Parque Terra Nostra. The Caldeiras are on the other side of town, a 10-15 minute walk. Ample street parking a short distance from the apartment. We found the washer/dryer useful. The best part for me was how quiet the penthouse was. It is on a main street, but the place is in the back of the building, and we never heard street noise or neighbors. This was my favorite place of the 3 we stayed at in Portugal, but it was my wife's second favorite, as it was smaller than the others and she found it a bit cramped.

This view was amazing! The balcony was incredible! Apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. We loved the open living room for enjoying a glass of wine! Rain shower head was fabulous! This area felt safe, was quiet and the room darkening shades were perfect! The host was kind, responsive and patient as we got lost trying to check in. She left us fruit, local ham and cheese, milk and cookies, and jam! This was worth every penny! Also has an elevator for easy access and abundant parking right in front of the apartment.

The host was there to meet us, showed us around the apartment and gave us some local helpful hints. He brought us to where the car would be parked, it was a private space. It wasn't far from the apartment. The kitchen was pristine. The outdoor area was beautiful, very private. Very quiet, very clean. And the host was extremely responsive to any of our questions. We felt very safe in the area and it was walkable to the "downtown" area to get a local cup of coffee. I would highly recommend this place.

This place is great and very comfortable!, the hosts were great communicators and were waiting for us when we arrived. the location is a short walk to pretty much everything in Ponta Delgada. We had a car and never had any problems finding street parking for the week that were there. It was exactly what we wanted and needed.

Absolutely fantastic stay!! Everything was as advertised and José was super responsive with whatever we needed, including a flexible check in and check out when we had an early morning flight! The apartment itself is spotless and comfortable with everything you need. The included assigned parking space in the garage is clutch, as it makes it easier after a day of exploring to come home and not worry about parking. The building is quiet, safe, secure, and in a great area! I cannot recommend Jose enough and encourage anyone coming to Sao Miguel to skip the hotel and stay with Jose instead! Thanks for the great stay!

The accommodation was impeccably clean and in a comfortable and cozy decoration. The welcome basket with regional products was a very thoughtful gesture by hosts. The house has excellent soundproofing, which provides a peaceful rest. It is very well equipped, with plenty of utensils available. I highly recommend this site and will undoubtedly return at the next opportunity.

Apartment had everything we need and it was clean and cozy! Mariana greeted us and showed everything. We also got nice basket of Azorean products as welcome gift.

Our stay in Ponta Delgada was wonderful! Check in was a breeze and the apartment was exactly what we expected and more. The living room and kitchen were spacious and very well equipped. We had more than enough utensils, dish ware, and cookware. Everywhere in the apartment was clean and comfortable, and had surprising amounts of storage. Travelling to and from the apartment by car was very easy, and the garage parking added extra peace of mind. Not sure if we missed some guest instructions, but we had to ask where to take out our garbage and recycling, which would have been nice to know sooner. All in all, a very cozy, well equipped, and conveniently located apartment to stay at when exploring the island!

This was a very clean organized place. We extended our stay from 3 days to 6 days! It was a very comfortable apartment with easy free parking and grocery stores close by, too. Highly recommended apartment!

Don’t hesitate to book this lovely apartment. The view is heavenly, and Miguel goes above and beyond to be an excellent host (lots of treats left for guests, excellent communication, and very flexible). The location is wonderful. Although Moinhos itself is very small, it boasts a few restaurants/cafes, a gorgeous beach, and a wonderful waterfall hike - all without getting in your car (which you can park right outside the apartment door). Nearby Ribiera grande has everything you will need (groceries, gas etc) and the northern coast is the best for scenic views, hikes, and locals who are very friendly. This is our second time staying at Miguel’s place and it just seems to keep getting better (which is weird as we thought it was perfect in 2023). Enjoy your stay! Filipe amd co were very frieldnt and responsive, the apartment was super, really clean with the essentails and more. The location was also great for exploring both the town and the island with parking nearby also. Suited me perfectly for a week of exploring, and would certainly recommend. Thank you!

Beautiful location. Sea view. Big sliding glass doors and wonderful black out blinds. Brilliant shower. Gualter and his wife were perfect hosts, helping with local convenient car hire and taxi too. Always there to help make the trip smooth and special. Great hosts, great apartment, great location. There are sea water swimming pools within 5 minutes walk! We loved this.

Extremely friendly in communication and checking in with us during our stay to make sure all was okay. Amazing experience and great location. The hot tub was exactly what we needed at the end of an adventurous day! I recommend to anybody looking for a great experience and central location while in Sao Miguel!

Really can’t say enough positive things about this spot. Excellent location right in the heart of Ponta Delgada, walkable to everything. Clean, modern, well lit space with all the amenities, even a curated wine selection. Honestly one of the nicest AirBNBs I’ve ever stayed in and perfect for our family of 5’s stay on Sao Miguel.

Great location with an awesome view! We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Easy drive to and from the airport and top attractions on the island. Highly recommend staying here if you visit the Azores!

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is very close to a popular surf spot, it's just 1 minute walk. The apartment is very modern and having the jakuzi on the terrace was a nice experience. The communication with Ryan was very fast, when there was a problem, he helped immediately.

My husband and I had a great stay at Bruno’s Airbnb. We picked this apartment because it is located in a very quiet neighborhood, 7 minutes away from the supermarket, and about 15 minutes away from Ponta Delgada. When we arrived the space was very clean, spacious, and well maintained. Everything looks brand new. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in after a long adventurous day. He was very quick to answer any of our questions and he provided some great recommendations on places to visit, and where to eat. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
