this place was great. spacious, everything you need for cooking in the kitchen, the bed was soft enough but not too soft. we had a little trouble with our search for the building, but we called and Rachid responded immediately, and in hindsight it was pretty easy to find. one thing to keep in mind: the smart tv is a bit slow, but it has a mediabox with lots of stuff, and it works fine from a laptop or chromecast too. i didn't really think it's that big of a problem, but i did get a hdmi cable myself because i wanted to use netflix. all with all, this is a great place to stay, and Rachid is always there to help. communication is top tier.

I had a great stay in Kenitra! The apartment is in a peaceful, gated community that feels very safe and quiet—perfect for relaxing. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, making it easy to enjoy the local food scene. I really appreciated the calm atmosphere and convenient access to everything I needed. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Kenitra!

Idriss was a kind host and Jamal, the concierge, was very helpful. The apartment is in a great location: close to cafe’s, restaurants, the shopping mall, our Arabic school (Qalam Wa Lawh) and the tram station to visit the sights and Medina. It is a spacious top floor (4th) apartment and terrace. You need to be relatively fit to climb the stairs because there’s no elevator. Clean with plenty of linens. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of closet space, it was nice to have streaming service to watch movies and a second WC. I appreciated the Nespresso machine! There were so many positives. I would definitely stay here again.

Mr. Anouar was available throughout the process. A high standard host, very responsive and I would recommend their accommodation without hesitation!

We had a fun time! Thierry is very warm, attentive and gives good advice. The accommodation is even prettier in the photos, spacious and very well ventilated! We were afraid of being hot, the sea air is 100 times better than air conditioning! The daily sea view from the terrace was amazing! The residence is very secure. There are several restaurants nearby & overlooking the beach. NB: It is almost essential to have a vehicle to stay in the area. Remember to do some shopping on the way. We would highly recommend!!!

We had a great stay. The apartment matches the description, is very clean, and is located in a nice neighborhood. Ali is a very attentive host, always available and quick to respond. He also shared some good local recommendations, which helped us discover the city. Everything went smoothly and met our expectations.

Very good stay in Rym's apartment. We were a group of 7 people for our friends' wedding in Rabat, so the apartment was very functional during our stay: easy to park with guards everywhere, many shops and restaurants bars nearby, having 3 bathrooms was very useful too. For constructive comments: Not easy to understand how the air conditioning works, a hair dryer was missing in the apartment despite the mention in the listing. For the rest, Rym was very responsive and I recommend the apartment for its functionality and location, which is outside the historic center of Rabat but close to new neighborhoods.

Our hosts are responsive, kind, available. Everything is simple and easy. Minutes from Temara, several bus lines available, popular market on Wednesdays a few hundred yards away (to do). Minutes away from beaches and big shops. Many grocery stores, bakeries, and small shops in the neighborhood.

The accommodation is located in a beautiful location and was well taken care of upon arrival. The kitchen was particularly clean and the apartment made a neat impression. The communication with the host was excellent: friendly, fast and clear. A minor point of attention is that the shower water ran into the bathroom; a threshold could possibly remedy this. The check-out went smoothly and I left the linen in the designated basket. Thanks so much for the pleasant stay.

We loved Fatiha’s place so much that we decided to book again for the remainder of our trip here in Morocco. My husband and I had a great stay at Ali’s place. Ali has a great sense of humor and is a very friendly host. His place was clean and is located in a private secured residence. The view is beyond phenomenal. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the right place for you!
