Small apartment, newly renovated, with view over Higuerillas and Playa Negra and Playa Amarilla. One Bedroom, one bathroom, small kitchenette and living room (living room equipped with Bed sofa). Bed sofa is comfortable but i would say it is for One adult or a very in love couple or two children. Large Terrace, parking space and access to buildings pool (same floor level) and barbecue spot. Proximity to small restaurants of Concon. The Apartment has its own parking.

Beautiful and wide sea view, Viña and Valparaíso. On 30th floor, loft type. Tempered pool. Modern building, excellent and solid construction. Doorman 24/7, private parking. A 7-minute walk to the beach and lively coastal promenade. Opposite Viña's Best Shopping. It is on the plateau, if you prefer not to walk uphill, it is advisable to take a taxi. Delicious temperate pool and outdoor pool. They close Mondays all day and Friday until 12am

Comfortable, new, in a residential neighborhood, suitable for families, with everything you need to feel at home. It is very close to gastronomic centers, casino and coastal promenade, which you can walk to. It has underground parking, laundry service, gym and pool. It is 100 meters from the bus stop, Rodoviario and Metrotren, to visit Valparaíso, the coastal area Reñaca to Concón, and the cities of Limache , Olmue, and shopping center.

You'll love my apartment (100% ELECTRIC). It's new and has modern, comfortable, and fully-equipped decor, so you can feel at home (Internet, WiFi, Netflix, cable TV). It's close to major tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The building has an outdoor pool, gym, and laundry center. We have parking. Public transportation is at the door, with destinations to Concón, downtown Viña del Mar, and Valparaíso.

Muy bien equipado. Con todas las comodidades para disfrutar de tus vacaciones. Muy fresco en verano y con calefacción a gas y eléctrica en invierno. Bienvenidas, Mascotas. Relájese en este departamento dúplex, 1 dormitorio, central, a 40 pasos de la playa, excelente ubicación, a metros de la playa, (Abanico) vista al mar. Departamento sencillo, pero con lo necesario, incluida la ubicación y la playa al lado. Ideal para unos días. Si busca algo lujoso, le recomendaría que vea otras opciones.
