Communication with France was excellent from the beginning, she was attentive to respond to concerns and give us information. The apt is as shown in the pictures, it was neat and with the necessary for the stay; the location was perfect for what we needed to do. The set is easily accessible and very close to the main park of Tebaida, supermarkets and commerce. It's a good place to stay

Comfortable apartment, with everything you need, everything was clean and in good condition, Mrs. Martha, very kind, always attentive, very helpful.

We were thrilled with Maria’s apartment. It was very clean and full amenities including fans and even a white noise machine. It also had extras we didn’t need to buy such as additional garbage bags, paper towels, salt, ice pack etc… It’s very close to a good grocery store we went almost everyday, and there was even a corner store just out the door if we needed something at the last minute. We walked 30 minutes to a mall and although the road was not flat it was exactly what we were after, a good walk in a safe neighbourhood with shops, restaurants, pharmacy’s and even a dollar store with similar products to home. Not only did security at the door greet us every time we passed but everyone we met in the elevators or on the stairwells were extremely friendly too. Not only would we recommend staying here but we are sure to stay again when we visit Armenia!!!

Excellent communication with the host. This is the perfect apartment for a long-term stay visiting Armenia. It’s the best location and the apartment has double balconies with incredible views. Is on the quiet side of the building facing reserve. Great shops and restaurants all within walking distance. I highly recommend this place.

The apartment was perfect, very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfasts and simple meals. The terrace was very good, but due to rain we couldn't take as much as we would have liked. Overall, we loved the place. In the evenings the noise of the cars on the avenue is reached to equate a little, but it is nothing serious. The location is very good and even has a D1 next door, very handy to buy everything you need for a comfortable stay. Wendy was very vigilant and check-in at the front desk was super easy. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent place, I recommend it. It is in an area of Armenia where you find everything nearby. The complex is quiet and safe, the apartment is super cozy with everything you need. David and Mrs. Ana's kindness was incredible, they helped me all the time.

Very nice stay

Excellent. The apartment is just like the photos with the amenities they listed; the view, beautiful. They had basic things like sugar, salt and coffee available in the apartment. The hostess was very kind and helped us with the questions we had. It is very well located, there is a supermarket, shops, bakeries, restaurants nearby and if you want there are also several restaurants that deliver to homes there. Easy to take public transportation, if required, the bus passes one block away.

The apartment is perfect for the family stay. It's comfortable, beautiful, organized and comes with everything you need to feel right at home. Rossy and the other people in the condominium are very friendly and understanding as needed. When you do not have plans outside, the condominium offers you spaces of relaxation and fun… the humid areas are delicious!!! We had a great time, of course we will come back and recommend it!!! Haven't lived in other apartments in Armenia, but I am sure staying in Jimenas apartments is the best experience. Amazing communication, service, good quality accommodation, furnished with all you can need. This apartment is near supermarkets, restaurants and bus stop so in few minutes you can be in the city center or Salento or other locations of this coffee region.

The apartment has a nice view of a forest and the mountains,in addition Marcela is a host who was attentive to our comments all the time.

Excellent option, the location of the apartment is in a good sector, the host is very friendly and attentive to any need, the place is very nice, they do not have parking although in the bay nothing happened. Recommended.

The place is just as shown in the photos. Good area and very central. I recommend it for staying.
