For personal and professional reasons I have often gone to Viña and this is by far the best airbnb I have ever stayed in! Excellent location, the apartment is beautiful, very well decorated and comfortable! With private and secure parking! 10/10!!!

The apartment was in good condition, the views were the best, the main bed was very comfortable, although it is not suitable for smokers, there was a smell of tobacco that was noticeable in the apartment, it did not seem like a single guest who did not comply with the policies

The apartment is well located, close to the subway to Valparaíso and within walking distance of Viña's main attractions. María Eugenia is very kind and responsive. The unit offers great views and is well equipped. I would suggest adding a bath mat and a grab bar in the shower for added safety. Note that there is no AC or heating in the main room—only heater in the primary bedroom—so we felt a bit cold in the living area. Also, be aware that the building amenities are not complimentary.

We went with a group of 9 families, all with small children, and although the place is not equipped for that since it is designed more for adults, we felt very comfortable. All rooms are of excellent standard and impeccable and comfortable. All utensils are labeled and tidy. We had everything we could have needed at our disposal. The view is beautiful and has enough space for everyone to have the privacy they need. Thank you very much for everything!

About it met my expectations. In reality the photos fail to describe the whole charm of the house. My whole family group spent some unforgettable days that will remain as a good memory and anecdotas to be remembered during a good time. As a point of improvement. The living room due to its spaciousness, with the pair of furniture looks a little empty, functional if but can better fill the space.

Our family created amazing memories during our stay at Vivian's beautiful oceanfront home. The surroundings were peaceful and pristine and I couldn't imagine a house with a more "wow" view. The kitchen was spotless and very well equipped. We felt right at home in paradise!!!

Nice house with spectacular panoramic views. Good location with connectivity to exit towards Viña del Mar or Concón. The facilities are very comfortable inviting to rest, a good read or just enjoy the scenery. 100% recommended. Very concerned and friendly host to provide any help that is needed.

Javier as host is a super attentive and friendly 100/10, when arriving in Valparaíso I had an inconvenience with check-in and I help me without any problem, I was able to enjoy his Airbnb together with my partner which is beautiful, located in a very quiet place in Valparaíso and very beautiful, it has a terrace that has a very nice view as well as its bedroom that overlooks the sea, the house has everything you need to arrive, enjoy and rest. It is no more than thank you for the good disposition of Javier who together with his wife made my stay wonderful, I felt like at home and rest more than I expected, a wonderful place to rest.

We loved our stay at the house. Gonzalo was a very kind, available and helpful host, he even allowed us to bring pets at the last minute. The house is spacious, comfortable and better than in the photos, ideal for large groups like ours (there were 9 of us). Everything was impeccable and we felt at home. We would definitely come back!

The apartment is very comfortable, the condominium is very safe, modern and very spacious, the divine terrace!!, the beautiful view. We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.

It was a very good experience, in every way! Carlos was always very attentive to any need, showed willingness, and recommended several things in the sector. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, with all the implements, good access, quiet sector, totally recommended!
