It is not a subdivision or residential area, it is a 100% working-class but very quiet neighborhood. You will be our priority!

The place is located 5 minutes walk to the Josefa Ortiz de Dominguez Auditorium, 10 minutes walk to Victoria Square, close to department stores and very close to the Historic Center. Well-lit apartment on the first floor. The apartment is surrounded by trees and plants and has an excellent view. It is located within a complex where you can make use of the gardens and terraces to read, meditate or simply rest. We are just 5 minutes from Plaza Antea and in the subdivision you can find pharmacies, convenience stores, Superama, cinema, restaurants of all kinds, cafes, stationery stores, banks etc. We are 20 minutes away from the historic center.

The place was easy to get to and good location Constanza sent me the accurate location. It is very close to Viñedos la Redonda. which was our main destination. 10 minutes from the center of Tequisquiapan and 40min from the Geiser. These were our destinations so the location was great. The only bad thing is that the WiFi or the data network does not work well so the TV could not be used and the cell phones had little signal. The house is over the road so there's car noise all the time even at night. I recommend to bring insect repellent as there are many mosquitoes.

The facade does not do it justice or appear to be the beautiful and quiet place that it is. It is spacious, quite comfortable, safe, clean and quiet. Ideal for resting, very close to the center, with many nearby options for eating, shopping, leisure or entertainment. Great value. Simple, straightforward, and minimalist.
