very awesome place! the house is beautiful, and amazingly clean. it is so peaceful and close to nature. the perfect place to meditate and unwind! the swimming pool is private and the water is very clean. the river is very relaxing. the neighborhood can be dangerous. you really need to stick to the big, main roads. do not drive through the neighborhoods or small streets. our uber got shot at and bullets went through the window. nobody was hit but it was scary! be safe!

The place of Ritinha is very beautiful, clean, welcoming. All brand new, television, kitchen appliances, new furniture. Really cool, well-maintained. Congratulations! As a suggestion for improvement, I suggest putting blackout curtain in the room because early morning there is a lot of clarity, even with the curtain closed.

Aconchego is the word that can describe the space. We were very well received by Adriana and Gian, received all the necessary information, and were extremely helpful, attentive and caring to me and my family. They removed all our doubts and were always available to meet us and resolve what was necessary. We had a quiet, pleasant stay, both during the time of the tour and in the moments of rest in the house watching TV or reading by the fireplace, and we had the support of them and the housekeeper all the time. The accessibility of the city was positive, the door of the social bathroom being wide enough to pass a wheelchair was great 🥰 We hope to be able to return soon to this city we love, and no doubt I recommend this space to everyone! 😁🙏🏽🥰

The mountain villa is a delight! We spend incredible days there and in the region, great for enjoying waterfalls and views that are a relief for the city's tired eyes. Ivanilde received us very well, the place was impeccable and I highly recommend!

Great place to relax from the bustle of everyday life. With nearby trenches and a lane to walk close to nature . The chalet is well cared for, clean and provides warmth for guests. Anyway I can't help but praise the homemade Mr. Mauro, I always request and ready for us help . inform

The site is a grace, very well cared for, all plan, ... very nice. Cleaning is a high point. All clean, neat sheets and towels. Note 1000 for cleaning and location. I was worried about the dirt road due to the rains, but we had no problem. The road was in excellent condition and not so far from a small town (I don't remember the name) . We hired Graci (referred by the host) to help us in the kitchen and it was great. She is wonderful and excellent cook, helped us solve routine issues like buying bread, indicating places to buy vegetables, a gallon of water, ... We had a family meeting and they were all well housed, as there are 4 suites (super airy) and on the upper floor there is a huge lounge with a bathroom with several beds . Just like the one described in the listing. We'll be back for sure.

We went in a group of 4 people and 2 dogs, during Carnival/2025, with the goal of escaping the confusion, and we consumed our desire. The site is easy to access, without difficulty for any type of transport. The spacious and cool house. The quiet place, except for the comfort of the noise of running water from the river that passes well beside the house and the waterfalls of the incredible tanks, where there were once trout. The tanks form large pools that can be filled or emptied as the gates system was manipulated, which was great for dog parties. The side of the river is beautiful and with great wells for a dip. Aside from the place, the more pleasant were the people who welcomed us, I speak in Mr. Neto and his wife Mrs. Maria Helena and her son Walter. All very friendly, friendly and caring. It was a surprise to find such receptive people and always with time for good prose. We thank you all for your stay.

Excellent place, and directly in the Itatiaia National Park close to the hiking trails.

Our stay at Matheus' house was fantastic! Starting with the location, a stunning spot with a lot of contact with the surrounding nature. It's great to be able to wake up and see this kind of landscape. The housekeeper, Mr. Mauricio lives in front of the house and is super attentive and polite, as well as his wife. The house is great for relaxing, perfect for days of peace and quiet. The pool is good and well located. We use the sauna which is also a differential of the house. The house is only 10 minutes away from the city of Itamonte and also 15 minutes from the ascent to the Itatiaia park, for those who like to venture out on the trails is a must. Matheus was a great host from the beginning, providing us with precise instructions (with videos) on how to get there, and always respond to me quickly. We love the experience and definitely plan to come back!

The stay was amazing the staff that received us was incredibly recptive and polite. The house is in great condition and the class enjoyed a lot, the children then enjoyed even more. We will definitely return

It was very nice days that we spent as a family in this house. Stunning nature around. The house is spacious, cozy and super well equipped. The breathtaking house library: James Joyce, Guimarães Rosa, the Russian classics, among many other wonderful books. The sauna with river bathing is one of life's tastiest experiences. A Homemeira Gleici always very helpful and kind.

It was a spectacular weekend, a country house as we expected, simple and cozy, nature simply incredible, a very well-kept garden. We took beautiful photos, the host is very attentive, responds quickly and is very helpful. We are very pleased with our choice, we could not have chosen better for this family moment! The house is super cozy, much more beautiful than in the photos, good beds, perfect shower, super well equipped kitchen, delicious room to spread out with family and/or friends and inside the property there are amazing trails to do. All this, not to mention the excellent receptivity and affection with which Beatriz and Dinho welcomed us. We'll definitely be back.
