This place was exactly what the description said and more. Far enough from town but close enough to amenities if needed. There was plenty of wildlife to be seen. Eric is a great host. even checked to make sure we found the place and got in okay. Looking forward to booking the place for next year. Thank you Eric for the great place to stay while visiting my granddaughter.

Myself and my wife from Dublin, Ireland along with our adult daughter living in Melbourne , Australia spent 3 nights in Rob's cottage beside a lake in Lakeville Corner, New Brunswick, Canada. The cottage and surrounding area were exactly as described by Rob in his listing and for us it was the perfect location as we availed of the 2 kayaks provided via the property frontage straight onto the water. We also availed of the 2 bikes which we used along with a further bike hired in Fredericton( an easy 30 min drive away from Rob's cottage)on that town's network of off-road cycletracks alongside and near the St John's River. We also took a car ride to Fundy National Park visiting Alma and several stop off points for hikes etc. Rob's communication was excellent in all respects. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend Rob's cottage in all respects including in terms of location, cleanliness and facilties provided.

Beautiful place to stay, we used the house as the getting ready spot for my wedding. Plenty of space upstairs for everyone, we had our wedding photos taken in the yard. The lake and little pond were perfect backdrops!!

the home was exactly as described. super clean and everything you will need, the bed was so comfy, we had wonderful relaxing quiet family time together, our puppers just ran and ran around the gradens, so much space!, also little touches like the dog bowl stand was appreciated. it is a few miles from shops etc but there was a great little Irving not far away with an amazing little shop there selling most things. would definitely rebook if going to that area again. we all loved it.

We loved our stay. It was perfect for our family, we each had a room. My partner’s dad and their aunt were raving about how great it was. It was so close to everywhere we wanted to go via car. The place was very clean and cozy! Thanks for hosting us :)

This for me and my pups was the most serene, peaceful and beautiful place to call our home away from home. Beautiful surroundings and the motorhome was absolutely perfect. We could feel the aura of loving kindness the moment she stepped in. Amanda, the host is the most genuine kindest person I’ve ever met in my life and she made you feel at home right start to finish. She was angel in civilian clothes.

This was truly one of the better living spaces you're going to find on Airbnb. It's one of those spots that you walk into and immediately think "yup this is great" and feel right at home. It's tucked out of the way and feels quite remote but is <6-7 minutes to places like Picaroons and <11m minutes to downtown. Easy access to uptown as well from the Princess Margaret. Super peaceful, woodsy feel to a really great backyard. Rob was a fantastic host, super friendly and responsive to anything we needed and stocked the kitchen/bathroom/apartment with absolutely everything you need. And you MUST get upstairs to meet Gus the pup - he's a super energetic, ultra friendly little dog and meeting him was genuinely a highlight of the trip. Definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for somewhere quiet away from the bustle and have a car to get around!

The house is very wel appointed and exceptionally clean. The beds are quite comfortable and the living room furniture was great. Noah was easy to communicate with and quick tp respond. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again ad highly recommend to others.

Beautiful stay in Fredericton! We were a group with several groups and a child, the house is so big that everyone found their place, even the baby! :) Great location, very nice host!

Great spot! The location is in a campground but the dome still had a feeling of peace and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and our dog loved walking down to the river to explore.

This place was beautiful. The view was amazing, beyond what I thought it would be ! The airbnb was very clean and well stocked with everything you will need.

Would definitely stay here again! It was way better then I imagined. Loved waking up and sitting out in the porch in front of the water, and the water was warm! Easy access for kayaks and the house was cozy. We felt at home and didn't want to leave!

A small group of us stayed the may long weekend for bachelorette and it was absolutely beautiful! Even though it was raining we had a cozy time inside and enjoyed watching the waves from the window. This was the best stocked kitchen and bathroom I’ve seen at an Airbnb. Everything we needed was always there! The beds were extremely comfortable with the softest sheets. We felt right at home and throughly enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect location for our quick trip to Fredericton. Her place was very clean, looks just like the pictures and has a beautiful neighbourhood for a nice stroll. The only thing we struggled with was the noise from their upstairs living space. You could hear everything - walking, moving chairs, shower running. Definitely not a game changer - we would return if we were ever in the area. Thanks!!

We stayed for two nights. Loved it! Cottage was spotless, cozy and had everything we needed. Screened in porch was great in the evening. Sunny deck was equally great in the daytime. We'd also recommend the Cedar Cafe in Cornhill. The wood fired pizza was delish. It's worth the 15 minute drive. Thanks Donna!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ashley's cottage. She is an excellent hostess, very responsive and helpful. She provided many helpful tips that made our stay go smoothly. The cottage is a gem. Beautiful location with a view that never got boring. Very quiet and peaceful. It was a treat to sit on the deck early in the morning watching the birds and squirrels collecting acorns. Even had a little chipmunk scampering around the deck while sitting out. The cottage is very comfortable and cozy. Well equipped with the necessities. We were a party of six, and we felt right at home. Enough space to gather as a group, or find a spot for some quiet time. We had a lovely walk to enjoy the fall leaves and found the neighbourhood to be quiet and the people friendly. Even though the cottage is in a rural area, it is only about 1 hour to SaintJohn, Fredericton, or Moncton.

Kaleigh's place was not only great, it was comfortable, spacious for two people, and had the vibes I was looking for. While it is a basement unit, it still had plenty of natural light, and stayed cool (something I enjoy!). Everything in the kitchen worked great, the laundry worked well, and the main bed was comfortable even for two people. With plenty of lounging space, I didn't feel like leaving the house at all. All in all, very happy with my stay.

Beautiful cabin on a lake! Fishing and boating at your front door. Wonderful kitchen and a view from the living room.

Printz Cove was a beautiful location and the place was more than we could have imagined. The pictures do not do it justice! It was perfect for our family gathering with our kids and grandkids. Thanks to the fun games room, a rainy day was still lots of fun too. We spent time Fishing, Canoeing, Kayaking and lots of fun just playing on the rocks by the water! Having a son in law as a Chef, he was thrilled with the amazing kitchen that was stocked well with nice pots and pans and that fridge was perfect for all our eats! Beds are very comfortable and lots of room for us all (there were 8 of us) We can't say enough about how perfect this place is. We will be back!
