Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Queen Anne, Seattle

Tom & Tracy's bungalow is a great place to stay. It has everything you'd need to be comfortable. It is a charming place where the sofa and bed are super comfy, kitchen is modern and had all the kitchenware you'd need, washer/dryer in good condition, bathroom has a cool claw foot tub and offers courtesy items, back yard with privacy and a nice front porch great for relaxing. It is quiet and in a good location with easy access the Fremont shops, Ballard, and downtown. I appreciate the on-property parking spot and ease of getting inside. They are responsive hosts and were quick to recommend some shops nearby when I inquired. Really appreciate all the little details and would absolutely recommend staying here.

The pictures don’t do the view justice. Stunning views. Incredible neighborhood. Noam had great suggestions. It’s a gem of a place to stay. IF you like to cook - the kitchen is a bit bare in terms of space and supplies. However, the beds are comfy, the location is perfect, the hosts are incredible, and the view is unlike any you will get in the city. We will be back.

I don't have enough nice words. If I could give a million stars, I would. By far the best AirBnb I've stayed at. The place is pristine and well thought out. Any utensil or need you may have in the kitchen, it's there. Smart TV with plenty of options to watch or stream. Desk with connectivity cables to hook up your workstation. All the appliances top notch. The turfed and fenced backyard was a dream for my pup and she absolutely loved it. I only wish it was available for our entire temporary stay in Seattle!

House was just as described. Lovely neighborhood with sidewalks. Appliances worked well. Comfortable beds, entire place was VERY clean. Only issue we had was with the TV, partly due to complete lack of written instructions, and I was NOT going to log into yet another website asking for my personal information just to get instructions. "We recommend downloading the DACK app from your app store...to access your reservation details, arrival information, property amenities, local guides, recommendations, and more!" Still 5 stars, but very annoying.

This is wonderful place in a great location, with many restaurants nearby. We enjoyed walking to GreenLake. The house is quiet in a nice neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious, and the kitchen was well-stocked. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a week after moving to Seattle and Matt and Holly were great hosts! The space is cozy and has everything you need. We really appreciated having a full kitchen. There were quite a few spiders in the bathroom, so be mindful of that if you’re afraid. The only thing is recommend is getting a slightly longer shower curtain so that water doesn’t get into the floor. Other than that, we had a great stay! Hosts were responsive and helpful and we’d stay here again in the future.

Such a cool place, loved staying here! One of those places where I’d rather keep it my own secret so I can sang it whenever I’m in town :)

Great location in Queen Anne. Two blocks to the avenue with lots of things to do. Walked to Hagen daily. Two blocks to the bus line. Studio was great and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Photos and descriptions were spot on. You do have to duck some, but never felt closed in. You will hear light noise above from the dogs or talking, but it is not very loud. Definitely will be back!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming spot in Queen Anne! The location is perfect—quiet and residential, yet just a short walk or drive to some of Seattle’s best attractions, cafes, and views. The neighborhood has a cozy, local feel and is full of beautiful homes! Paige was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making check-in a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Seattle—highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful part of the city!

We had a great stay! The place was clean, exceeded our expectations, and had everything we needed. It was very comfortable for my wife and two kids, with plenty of space to relax after exploring the city. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle.

Great stay! Super close to downtown and walkable if you don’t mind the steep hills. Yard was perfect for our dog!

You can see from the pictures that Karla’s place is beautifully decorated with whimsy and joy! We cooked in the lovely, well stocked kitchen and loved doing art together at the huge dining table, set in a room full of windows that seems hung among the trees! With so many Airbnb’s (especially in Seattle, for some reason) run by a company, often soulless and barely adequate, this home was the opposite: exquisite, every detail attended to, bathroom and kitchen generously stocked, and around every corner a surprise design element We walked the neighborhood and slept soundly in the bed. I hope to stay here again!

This house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to many food and drink spots. There is an amazing coffee shop right on the corner. Sauna and soaking tub are relaxing. The house is clean and organized and has clear instructions. Hosts are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

Jeffreys home was in the perfect location super close to everything and easy to get. It was super easy to order a Lyft and get dropped off. We especially loved lighthouse roasters, the coffee shop that was at the end of the block. We went every morning. It was such an easy walk to get to. If you are looking for a good burger spot I would highly recommend UNeedABurger we went there twice and the food was delicious. The apartment was very cozy and perfect and the bed was really comfortable. If you are deciding where to stay I highly recommend staying at The Cortado. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home.

Catherine was super sweet and welcoming, and the place was very spacious and clean! I booked the AirBNB for my parents visiting from Florida, and they loved being able to walk to Macrina every morning for pastries and coffee. :)

Peter’s place was very clean and well-equipped. We had everything we needed. It was as located very conveniently for us to visit our son and family in Fremont. We used the local bus service, too!

One of my favorite air b n b experiences. Absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better. It is surrounded by delicious restaurants and above a delish breakfast and coffee place. But it’s so quiet. The apartment is so peaceful and bright but with black out curtains for sleep. The bed and fold out were super comfy. Just truly perfect stay.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Sarah & Katie’s home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The location is convenient and close to downtown. They were great hosts, always responsive and provided a lot of helpful information. We would stay there again.

Great location, 5 min from Gasworks Park and 15min walk to some coffee shops!

Dustin, Lyle, and Richard’s place was a great stay. They were very accommodating and allowed us to check-in early as we were driving in 3+ hours from the coast. Their place is local to the space needle/chihuly glass/pacsci and is walkable to the pike place public market. Their place was clean, comfortable and homey. We truly enjoyed our stay at their place and felt safe staying there. Thank you for hosting us!

Really lovely stay at Rachel's place. Best parts for me was the location (easy walks to all the Winslow has to offer and on/off the ferry to head to the city. The other good parts were the bed (comfy) and the landscaping around the space - very well done. Would definitely stay here again.

Ken's place was a great place to stay. Close to all amenities. Check-in was a breeze and he was very helpful with any questions I had.
