Apartment holiday rentals in Quartucciu

Super comfortable apartment. Wonderful shower. It has all the necessary items. We were greeted with great affection by Maurizio's parents. Location is excellent for going to Poetto Beach. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the building. Simply perfect!

Staying at Marco’s place was lovely! The view from the balcony was amazing, you can clearly see the sea and the breeze coming from it is so refreshing. The house was lovely, clean and with all amenities necessary for a week long city break. It was very easy to get to from the airport with a car, and the surrounding area has everything you might need, from groceries to pharmacy to pizzeria and happy hour bars. Being close to the Poetto as well makes it a great location for a summer holiday. All in all, we had the best of time :)

Excellent stay and we were very spoiled on arrival (aperitif and breakfast as well as two bottles of cold water). Michela and Riby are very attentive hosts and their accommodation matches the Airbnb description in every way. The apartment is located 1 km from the beach and there are buses right next to the residence. We rented a car and there is secure parking. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this listing.

Very comfortable beds, clean, beautiful views of the ocean from the terrace. Tiziana was very helpful and responsive. Very walkable to several restaurants and the grocery. Would definitely stay here again.

I've never found a home on Airbnb that's so clean and organized. Perfect bathroom. There is literally everything you could need, I even found jams, honey and coffee for breakfast plus a much appreciated snack. Maria Letizia was very helpful, especially because I had to check out at 6.30 in the morning and she didn't make me feel bad about it at all. Convenient location, there are parking lots, the bus is very close and it takes 30 minutes to get to the station. Highly recommended.

Mariano’s is an excellent host, welcomed us when we arrived and showed us everything in the airbnb. The beach is right around the corner, grocery store and pharmacy is very close as well, about 10 minute walk or less. Mariano went above and beyond and drove to the airport to drop off my wallet that i forgot without me asking :) 10/10 would book again.

Andrea et Natasha were very helpful, we had a nice stay , quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. Everything was good !

A really perfect place to stay right on the sea with beautiful sunsets! The vacation rental is located in a kind of pure houses with many small apartments. When we were there in May it was very quiet. The apartment is really perfectly equipped with everything, you just need to buy food if necessary drinks. The only thing that is not 100% perfect is the swimming opportunity, as you did not have a beach here, but can only get into the water between the stones. But it's also possible. Of course, it's even nicer to drive 10 minutes by car to the beautiful coves. Supermarket is 5 min by car. Unfortunately, there are very few restaurants and none within walking distance. But that didn't bother us because it's a really dreamy place.

Our group absolutely loved our stay at Enrico's apartment. We cannot say enough great things about how kind, helpful, and proactive they were in ensuring our stay was wonderful. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The surrounding area was walkable with cafes, restaurants and key sites located nearby. Even with that said it provided a quiet oasis being just off some of the main streets and piazzas. They even provided separate towels, chairs, and an umbrella for our beach visits. Everything was absolutely perfect and I cannot say enough to recommend this apartment.

the location is fantastic in front for the bus line 10 that leaves you in two stops in the points of interest , fifteen minutes walk from the train station the only thing missing was a microwave but it is not essential , much better than the photos and Francesco is very friendly and gives you very good advice

We had a wonderful time in Cagliari. Alessandro’s place was perfect for 2, charming furniture, peaceful, great air conditioning. He responded quickly to messages, helping us find a supermarket locally. We found several gorgeous restaurants, all within walking distance. Excellent all around, highly recommended. A gem in the heart of Cagliari. The location is perfect for visiting the city and despite being central and surrounded by restaurants and clubs it is very quiet. Enrica is an excellent host, very helpful and responsive. Apartment very clean and perfectly matching the description.

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

The apartment is very spacious and beautiful, there were four of us and everyone had their own room. There are two bathrooms, both with showers. The apartment is in a fairly central area and there is the possibility of parking the car for free nearby. It is equipped with everything (towels, hair dryer, even a beach umbrella). Rita is very helpful and also gave us a lot of useful information to visit Cagliari. Highly recommended

A marvel, cozy little nest, breakfast or meal with exceptional views, excellent exchanges with Simonetta. Ideal location for beautiful beaches, Cagliari, walks, everything. We had a wonderful stay at Simonetta's. We absolutely recommend it.

The listing is exactly as described in the listing. Everything in perfect condition. The apartment is in a private and secure set with a pool. The hosts are very thoughtful, on our arrival there was at the center table a tray of Sardinian sweets, in the bathroom a kit of shower gel, shampoo and body cream, liquid soap in the sink. Communication was very easy and fast.

The accommodation was very good, as described. I paid a cleaning fee of €14. For this, the room and the apartment were very clean :) .

Unbelivible view on pool and sea, great nature and surroundings, table tennis for kids, close to some of the best sandy beaches and overall perfect stay!

Carlo and his wife are exceptional hosts and extremely kind. They are always there to help or to point us to beautiful beaches and good restaurants. The house is at its best with its beautiful modern architecture and the pool is sunny from morning to night. The bedroom with the bathroom that we rented was ideal for 2 people, very clean and the adjoining terrace very large. Breakfast is a treat, there is something for everyone, savory sweet, fruit etc. I have rarely seen, in my previous rentals, such a hearty breakfast with products of such good quality. I still advise travelers to rent a car or scooter. We had a scooter and we were able to do a lot of fun things. There are bus stops not far from the house but we have not tested. What is certain is that I am already planning to return next year because the south of Sardinia is beautiful and I felt at home in Carlo and his wife's home. So a huge thank you to Carlo and his wife for the wonderful stay we had:)

We spent 2 absolutely perfect weeks at Monica and Claudio's villa. They are very welcoming, and very available hosts. The house with its pool was well located close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Their car was helpful for excursions to Cagliari, Pulla, Villasimus, the beaches of Chia, Oristabo and Barumini. It was perfect.
