Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Quartu Sant'Elena

Villetta pulitissima , funzionale e dotata di tutto il necessario. Spazio esterno con un bel prato curato , piante, barbecue, doccia esterna, lavandino e lavatrice. Portico grande con un bel tavolo. Zona tranquilla, relax garantito. 10 minuti di macchina dalle più belle spiaggie della zona. A disposizione lettini, spiaggine e ombrellone! Sono felice di aver conosciuto Teresina e la sua famiglia . Grazie dell'accoglienza e speriamo di poter tornare !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Michele. Un plateau apéritif vous attend à l'arrivée, très sympathique. Superbe vue mer et montagne depuis la terrasse. Appartement spacieux. Michele a été un hôte accueillant, réactif et de bons conseils. A recommander.

Il nostro soggiorno nella villetta è stato positivo, siamo stati vari giorni e abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario in ogni occasione. L’alloggio è situato in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla, un punto di partenza perfetto per visitare la Costa Rei e Cagliari. Il giardino, molto curato, esclusivo dell’abitazione, garantisce la possibilità di godersi pranzi e cene all’aria aperta in tutta privacy. La zona notte è silenziosa e tenendo la finestra del lucernario aperta non abbiamo nemmeno avuto bisogno di accendere il condizionatore. Da notare la disponibilità e la reattività dell’host: l’ultimo giorno della nostra permanenza si è verificato un inconveniente che però Silvia si è prontamente dimostrata disponibile a risolvere. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato molto anche il fatto che ci abbia accolti personalmente.

La casa è ben tenuta, pulita, e fornita di qualsiasi comodità (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ecc.). In 8 siamo stati molto comodi grazie anche agli ampi spazi sia interni che esterni. Anche la posizione è molto comoda, essendo il paese in cui si trova molto curato e dotato di tutti servizi (supermercato, farmacia, e alcuni localini dove poter mangiare e bere bene spendendo il giusto). Stefano, il proprietario, si è dimostrato una bravissima persona. Ci ha aiutati a risolvere un problema con l'automobile, mettendosi completamente a disposizione.

Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse, Simon a été très attentif à notre bien être,. Son jardin est remarquable, on sent qu'il l'entretien avec beaucoup de passion. L'environnement nous apporte le dépaysement recherché, les plages sont remarquables et proches. Nous n'avons manqué de rien au niveau équipements très fournis. Nous lui avons fait une demande particulière, et Simon a répondu positivement, ce qui nous a beaucoup arrangé, un grand merci. Nous recommandons vivement. Annie et Georges.

My family had a wonderful stay at Michela's villa. It has everything you could possibly need for an excellent beach vacation. The accommodations were spotless. She provided beach towels and umbrellas and even starter toiletries and kitchen items. The location is excellent. A short walk to town for anything you might need and you can even walk to the beach. And she was a delight to engage with, offering recommendations and always available. In short, Michela's place is a gem. Highly recommend!

Wat een mooie lokatie om onze vakantie te mogen doorbrengen. Het huis is heel compleet ingericht. Louisiana is echt heel aardig en gastvrij. Zijn goed bereikbaar via whats app. Wij voelden ons heel erg welkom. Het zwembad is echt heerlijk. Wij voelden ons heel erg verwend.

Everything from the private pool to the full useable kitchen was perfect. Home is clean and beautiful. Easy access to the gorgeous beach below (which you have a view of from the balcony) you do have steps to walk down. I’ve had knee surgery and didn’t have any issue (they aren’t steep Steps they are more narrow or short so a smaller stride is fine). ALICE!!! Shout out to Alice who helped in booking a wonderful private boat tour for us that picked us up on the local Beach! Alice was right there for us with answers to our questions. We had such a wonderful time in her home. Highly recommend and we will definitely return. Cincinnati, Ohio

Der Vermieter hat uns direkt in der Wohnung erwartet und zeigte alles, was es zu wissen gab. Er hat Wasser für uns bereitgestellt. Den Abfall haben wir (bis auf Plastik) selbst entsorgt, obwohl er uns angeboten hat, dies für uns zu erledigen. Sehr freundlicher Service und sehr zu empfehlen.

Walter war beim Check-In äusserst flexibel, hat schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert und war uns gegenüber äussert freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig (für 2 Personen) und preiswert. Sie verfügt über einen süssen Garten. Die Lage ist ziemlich ruhig und nicht weit entfernt von schönen Stränden. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit nochmals buchen.

Le logement est situé dans un endroit calme et très beau. La maison dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour confortable. Il y a des plages luxueuses à proximité. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

Everything was exactly as stated. It was a clean, very spacious apartment. Nicola was friendly and responsive. There were also some lovely surprises - beautiful hikes with spectacular views, which Nicola had mapped out for us. The nearby park/nature reserve where we saw flamingos in plenty. The number 5 bus terminus was nearby and we got great value for the €12 weekly bus ticket. Nicola's place is only 10-12 minute walk to two beaches. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks Nicola.

Superbe séjour passé à Villasimius. Stefano est une perle rare : attentionné, gentil, prévoyant. Il répond rapidement en cas de problèmes et donne de nombreux conseils sur les environs à visiter. Le logement est situé dans une zone résidentielle calme, il y a tout le nécessaire. Tout est accessible facilement à pied (5 à 10 minutes) : superette, pharmacie, restaurants, ... Nous sommes plus que ravis de notre séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Un immense merci à Stefano et sa femme pour ce superbe séjour !

Marzia’s place was phenomenal! An excellent location to explore Villasimius and surrounding areas. Marzia was an excellent host despite not being physically in Villasimius. Marzia offered a lot of advice on things to do and places to go. The Pizzeria below the AIRBNB offered quick and easy food if you were in a pinch. The balcony was a nice place to have a morning coffee or relax. The electric retractable awnings sheltered you from the sun when on the balcony, a nice touch! We spent our days exploring beaches and did a snorkelling tour one day. Overall will definitely stay here again next time we are in Villasimius!

Fulvia e Danilo ci hanno accolto come fossimo di famiglia. L'appartamento è piccolo ma completo di tutto e con spazi pensati al millimetro proprio per essere funzionali. La vera chicca della casa è però lo spazio esterno con un giardino stupendo a nostra disposizione. La zona è tattica in quanto è logisticamente vicina alle principali spiagge della zona sud est della Sardegna fino a quella più lontana di Costa Rei che con la nuova variante è raggiungibile in 40 min circa. La vicinanza da Cagliari infine non è da sottovalutare, sia per la miriade di servizi che una città offre in caso di bisogno, sia per variare un po' la vacanza senza "dover" (con molte virgolette) andare per forza in spiaggia.

Our stay in Sardinia was really wonderful thanks to Edoardo and his beautiful villa - I would highly recommend and would stay again! I've never had a host as helpful and responsive as Edoardo! He really set the bar for friendliness and helpfulness. Even regarding weather / beach recommendations - for example, when when it was too windy - Edoardo gave us great recommendations to make the most out of our 8 day trip. The villa was spacious inside and out with a large terrasse/balcony where we had breakfast, and could hang our freshly washed laundry to dry. Located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to major roads to travel to different beaches, as our trip was beach focused, we wanted to have the option to visit a new beach each day; so the villa location was important. It's also only about 20-30 min from the Cagliari airport by car, so parking on location was also a priority, which there was plenty of free parking at the villa location.
