On the first floor is located the second room, which can act both as a living room or 2 ° bedroom thanks to a convertible sofa, with adjoining bathroom and shower. We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a very beautiful apartment and was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The garden was amazing with a nice view of the church and we enjoyed our time outside. Lorenzo was very helpful and gave us great instructions and local recommendations. The beds were super comfortable too. The location was great for walking into town and we walked everywhere. Lots of convenient parking nearby on the main road. A superb Airbnb.

Beautiful place to be, ideally located, just a few stairs away from the middle of Modica, with some limitations on the view from the property. All fine from our perspective. We enjoyed our stay very much. Modica is a good starting point for journeys to Noto valley and a little quieter than Noto or Ragusa.

The place was wonderful. You come into the apartment and immediately feel comfortable. Above all, the view is an absolute hit and here can spend a romantic evening with wine and cheese. Even though the roads are a bit narrow for a car and you usually have to look for a parking spot, it's very helpful as the place is very high up. In the evening you like to take a small hike, but especially with suitcases, a car is worth it here. I highly recommend the RAPPA wine bar nearby. We will be back

Very nice clean and charming accommodation in a quiet area of Modica. Very nice view of the city from the balcony. Walk sporty enough to climb from the lower town, but for us who are in good physical shape it was an advantage and it helped in the digestion of cannolis 🙂
