Great apartment, friendly host and fantastic location, very happy about my stay here

great location, 20 min walk to old town but far enough out that it’s not too busy on roads. Space was beautiful, looks just like the pictures. Would recommend.

I stayed at this place for two weeks and really enjoyed my time here. The kitchen is well-equipped, which made it easy to cook for myself. It's conveniently located near the Japanese supermarket Tomibun, where you can find all your daily essentials. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and the host arranges a weekly cleaning service, which is a great bonus. I also appreciated having both a washing machine and a dryer—your clothes come out nearly dry and fresh every time. The rental price is definitely worth it for the quality and service provided. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a high-quality living experience in Hanoi.

Great place to stay!! I was in Hanoi for 7 weeks and this apartment was perfect, cleaned every couple of days if required, great location for all amenities.

I really enjoyed to stay in this apartment, it felt like home, it was so cosy and the bed was so comfy. I wished could stay Ionger, I really love it. I liked that the location is in a quiet neighborhood, the building looks modern and clean, many shopping opportunities around. The kitchen part is really modern too, with everything you need.

Lien was such a wonderful host - she met us and showed us around, including a delicious plate of sweet mango. Her apartment felt brand new and was immaculate exceeding our expectations. We would recommend to anyone. Our favourite Air BnB in Vietnam. Arohanui from Aotearoa x

From the start, they made us feel welcomed and were quick to respond to any questions or issues, always offering effective solutions right away. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality really made a difference. The location was also a big plus—peaceful, convenient, and close to restaurants. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We felt well taken care of and truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend this place, and we’d absolutely love to return in the future!

The apartment building is highly regarded and conveniently located near the highway. While the property includes a swimming pool, as noted, there is an additional fee to use it. I mistakenly assumed it was managed by the same agency, but clearer communication on this point would have been helpful. Otherwise, I found the property to be excellent and beautifully maintained. The host was responsive and provided prompt assistance.

The apartment is in a great location, with beautiful views from the upstairs balcony and apartment windows. The host was also extremely helpful and accommodating. Overall amazing place!

Hosts always respond quickly and provide quick assistance. The room is clean and consistent with the picture, but the bed is a bit cheap, so it was uncomfortable to spread my luggage because my back hurt and there was no table in the room. It is very convenient because it is close to Midding, a Korean town, and there are both markets and restaurants in the building.

We had a wonderful stay at De le Roi in Hanoi! Chloe, our host, was incredibly supportive and attentive to all our needs throughout our visit. Her Airbnb was beautifully and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home the moment we arrived. The apartment was fully equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of the city, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and everything we needed within walking distance. Feels like homw that my son kept wanting to go back to relax and watch netflix! Haha You have to go through a spa to get to the lift, which you wont miss :) Thank you for the lovely stay.

Outstanding Host and Exceptional Service! I had an amazing stay! The host went above and beyond—when my baggage was lost at the airport, Mr. Toan immediately stepped in to help, offering support and guidance despite the late hour. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he even arranged a taxi from the airport for me, making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible given the circumstances. Truly outstanding hospitality. If you're considering booking—don’t hesitate! This place (and the host) is top-notch.

If you’re looking for a hotel-like experience with a unique twist, this place is perfect. The panoramic views of Hanoi from the large windows are absolutely stunning, and the cold A/C was a welcome comfort after a day of exploring. I felt completely safe during my stay, and the environment was peaceful and secure. Although it’s located in the tourist area, it still felt quiet and private — a great balance of convenience and calm. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a beautiful, comfortable, and well-located stay in Hanoi.

The place itself was spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. What really stood out was the level of service—everything was thoughtfully prepared, and communication with the host was smooth and professional. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

This location was a gem to find within the city. Upon arrival I was stunned and had to send a message regarding the beauty of the design. Quite unique and comfortable. The balcony was surely a beautiful addition I’ve never seen before. The bed was extremely comfortable, the wooden bathtub - amazing, the kitchen was equipped with needed essentials, just overall I enjoyed the stay and was amazed at the design.

Great location, close to train street and a lot of shops. The street was relatively quiet with one big restaurant at the end of the street which was very convenient on our first night. Room was modern and clean. The Airbnb Host also organised an airport pick-up for us that was seamless. The accommodation also had a 24/7 concierge which was very helpful. 10/10 would stay there again.
